If you ask for packing help, you're now required to ship using their inflated rates which are much higher than USPS or online options. I was told they "make no money" on packing, but forcing customers into overpriced shipping isn't the answer. I used to justify the higher costs for the friendly service, but that's not the case anymore as there is an older gentleman there that is very abrasive and condescending (at least has been my experience every time) Unless you absolutely have to use them, I'd say look elsewhere.

I didn't want to set up a po box as the walk was too far to my apt from the post office (imagine lugging big boxes in 90 degree heat and humidity). Turns out this place is two blocks away, and I have far better communication with Andrew than dealing with the post office. Case in point-he usually calls to let me know when I have a package and is willing to stay a little after store closing to let me swing by. This place is closed on weekends, but Andrew was even willing to come by early on a Saturday morning to open up shop just so I could pick up my new macbook.. There isn't self-faxing & printing, yet you can email your documents for them to print out for you. For shipping, bring your own packing tape or you'll be charged a user fee...better than having to buy tape as you do at USPS. You can drop off packages for UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS & Amazon - for the latter, they do not have the Return Code Scanner. There's a mini workstation, pay as you use.
