I am very impressed - there was an issue with my delivery and this location went above and beyond my expectations to help get my package to where it was suppose to go. Instead of simply labeling this as undeliverable and returning it to me, this location took time to reach out to me personally and I was able to provide an alternative address to make sure this delivery went off without a hitch. I like the convenience of this location and have used this UPS Store in the past. However, that may change. I took a small box that weighed less than a pound to be sent by ground to a friend within Kentucky. The quote was $26. I was surprised and asked if that was the cheapest price because it was not important to send it by express delivery. The guy said that was the cheapest price, and that USPS would be about the same price. Fortunately, I said NO, and went to the U.S. Post Office. I was pleased that the USPS was a whole $6.65 (or thereabouts). The guy at UPS had lied to me about the price and I almost paid the $26. If you use UPS at this location, be careful about the price you are quoted. Definitely compare it with our 200+ year old federal agency, the good ole U.S. Post Office! read more

I went into this location this afternoon, April 7, 2020, to conduct some simple business. There were 2 employees visible and 1 other customer. I was asked if I could be helped almost immediately upon entering. I'm not going to go into detail about my experience, but the young lady that waited on me was extremely rude and disrespectful to the extent that I found it necessary to actually walk out without finishing my business. I went on to the next nearest UPS store and conducted my transaction, and it was handled courteously and professionally. I'm a retired retail management consultant with 40 years of experience teaching a wide variety of retail business owners and managers how to make money. I know a thing or two about personnel issues, and this store definitely has one. Don't bother going here if you'd like to be treated with at least the minimum amount of dignity and respect. If this young lady had been working under my control she would have been fired on the spot. read more

Been coming to this location for years. I rent a mailbox there for my business so I am I'm there picking up every couple of days. Parking lot sometimes is a bit tight at lunch, but they have a few dedicated spots adjacent to the front door for package drop offs. The staff there has always been helpful with my mail and whenever I need ship out our products. read more

This is a great UPS store - very quick and great customer service. Their pricing is reasonable and we had an easy peasy drop off.

I brought a small package in to ship. It was a return, so I was required to print out a page to include in their shipment, so Zappos could identify the package. My printer was broken, so I had to go print the page, stick it in the package and then ship. Because I still had to put the printed page in the package, I didn't have it taped up. It required one small piece of tape, which I was informed would cost $1. I've NEVER paid for one piece of tape from UPS before. So, $1 for a piece of tape warrants a 1 star rating. Only UPS I've ever had charge for this... I didn't pay it. It wasn't the $1, but the principle. I took my package to another location. read more
