I am here today to update my one star review with a BRAND-NEW one star review, because....you guessed it! UPS & this location IN PARTICULAR have not only NOT improved, but have continued to get worse in EVERY WAY. UPS is the WORST delivery company in America, and I would argue that this location is the WORST UPS location of them ALL. I try my best hardest to avoid getting packages delivered by UPS because they are just SO bad, but when I do, my local UPS location is completely inept, unhelpful, and USELESS. Despite having interacted with them multiple times and leaving clear instructions to just LEAVE MY PACKAGE at my apartment, they NEVER DO. I've provided my contact information - they NEVER use it. I say I'll pick up the package myself - they tell me it's NOT an option. UPS is horrible, and UPS on Wilcox in Hollywood is the WORST of them all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...if you can. I try my best to but unfortunately STILL get stuck with having to interact with and deal with this HORRIBLY and POORLY run UPS location WAY more often than I would wish to do so. SHAME. read more

I think this UPS is a great store. There's almost never a wait, they are always very curious and friendly. Parking is always easy. What more could you want ? They are also really helpful. I went to this UPS store in Los Angeles, go there many times. I should go there myself every instance. Then Bridge and Alex were loud. Yes, they were peculiar, made obnoxious noise, unprofessional phrases. Because they have some problems with themselves, they don't need to be at work, at the UPS store unprofessional making the area fiddly. They were very fiddly and shouldn't be employees. Be sure to follow your packages closely from this UPS. Their drivers drivers will steal them and UPS management doesn't care. In fact, they will give you the run around and try to cover it up. They changed the delivery address on me without my permission, said they'd try and collect it, then ghosted me. I called again to address this and said a manager would call me back...ghosted me again. They've tried to push it off on the sender of the package. Which was Nike and a lie. They tried to say they can't escalate this issue...another lie. And they've tried to license me and hope I'd go away. Not happening. Be sure to hold this branch of UPS accountable. read more

I'm never the type of person to go out of my way to write a bad review or file a complaint regarding customer service but this interaction just rubbed me the wrong way. I have only been to this UPS location 2 times, this was my second time here, and I had no issues the first time -- everything went smoothly like a usual UPS package drop off. During this most recent visit, I was helped by a staff member (I never got his name, but he had long black curly hair in a ponytail and glasses) with some packages for return. I had approached him explaining that I had some packages to scan for return to Amazon, and that I had to make a few trips to and from my car to get them. He began to scan my barcodes and I brought in 2/3 packages, everything was going as it should be. However, when I brought in the last package for return he interrupted me and rudely/harshly said "I was actually helping this other customer before you came and cut him." It may have been my mistake for not noticing another person standing near the counter but at the same time he should have said he was helping someone else before assisting me, I would have totally understood. I simply did not know that he was helping someone else, and the way which he said that to me was very rude and also in front of other customers, which made me feel embarrassed. I apologized obviously, because I truly didn't know. On top of that, the other customer did not mention that he was being helped before me, but at the same time that's not his responsibility, it's the staff member's. Again, he could have mentioned this when I initially approached him, or even after the first or second package he scanned for me. He instead chose to wait till I had the last package to tell me he had been helping someone else this whole time. It might not be a huge deal in the grand scheme of things but I do not think I'll be returning packages with UPS again, with this location at least. read more

Every time I come in here, the employees are super friendly and helpful. Very efficient and enough employees so you don't wait in line long. A lot of great services they offer as well. Free parking in front. Very competitive pricing and I've never been disappointed. It's great to use as a pick up point if you're not home to sign for a delivery so all the services I've used have been spot on. read more

"Good" truly says it all. While searching for a nearby UPS Store to return an Amazon purchase, I forgot this location existed...or didn't even realize it was still open. To start, all of the stores in this strip mall appear closed or abandoned. I can't figure out if there was a destructive fire or if they are simply vacant without any lessors. Look at my photo if you're curious. The UPS is not on a main street (though a block from Cahuenga in a residential area). Finally, the parking lot is a horrible design. There are two entrances for a small, triangular-shaped lot. One being in the hypotenuse (taking ya'll back to elementary mathematics class with that term) at a normal intersection and the other on the side. Two cars are unable to enter/leave at the same time. I can't imagine what it would be like if a second store was operating in this strip mall! As for my UPS experience, one worker held the door for an elderly woman using a walker upon my arrival. He then continued to hold the door open for me. Sweet gesture; Chivalry still isn't dead, even in the heart of Los Angeles! The other worker welcomed me with a smile, patiently waited while I found my QR code return label on my phone, scanned the code, asked if I wanted a receipt, and then I was on my way. The 2 people who opened the store on 12/11 were very rude, unhelpful in assisting in a return and send out of a package and the Asian man cursed at me and called me out of my name. I was also barred from making a return because I asked to see a copy of the return policy and was called a scammer. I plan to call corporate and wouldn't recommend anyone going to this store ever. I have been coming here for over seven years as this location is near my house. Not anymore. I went there to ship out a keyboard I had sold on the internet. I was making $250 on this which is not much and I really needed to maximize my profits. That's not their problem, I understand but just keep reading. The kid at the register tells me it's going to be $60 to ship. That's a pretty heavy blow but I decided to just suck it up. Also the bearded guy who works there was giving me all this attitude because I was questioning how much it cost. They also chose the largest box I've ever seen with the weirdest packing job which I also questioned because I was concerned. The guy packing it got really pissy with me "I do this everyday bro". Alright dude relax. Finally they say "Okay sir, it's actually going to be $90". How tf they got from $60 to 90 is mind-blowing but I told them I could not afford that and the bearded guy insisted that I buy the Box..... EVEN IF I'M NOT SHIPPING WITH THEM. I couldn't believe they were doing this, I was so stunned I just paid for the box and walked out. as I'm walking back I'm thinking about it and I'm saying nah that's messed up. I called them and I said "isn't that kind of petty that you would make me buy the Box even if I'm not shipping with you". The bald Asian guy who wrapped the box for me says "well, you were being anal about the box"... What? Finally he says "you sound like a girl just hang up bro". GREAT customer service. I found a solution. If you don't want to get ripped off head down to Sunset and LA Brea and ship with Sunset Mailboxes. She was able to ship out that same oversized stupid box for $70, not $90. Rude , slow, not in anyway interested in helping customers. I am a fan of UPS - this store is just awful. Better to choose another. Having read some other reviews from this location , I thought I would expand on why this is a horrible store. There is a theme- their customer service is just awful. The location has a very small parking lot and it is on a busy intersection. I found a spot and just wanted to run in an Amazon return. I had my phone in my hand with the QR code ready and the item in my other hand. An employee is busy shooting the bs with a customer and looking at me. Instead of hustling up to grab my return, scan it and have me be on my way, he tells me to move out of the doorway and wait outside. Mind you, I was at least 8 feet from. The closest other person, was wearing a mask and well within social distancing protocols. (I happen to be fully vaccinated, but in fairness he had no way of knowing that.). My issue is that the whole point of these UPS / Amazon returns is for it to be easy. I am not buying a house. How about instead of bs'ing around with people, he makes himself useful and takes my return. I normally go to an even busier location at Sunset and Crescent Heights, but was closer to this location and thought I would just get it done. Ugh - what a bad experience. Read some other people's experience here - they have had the same experience. They should get rid of this staff and put in new management. read more

I like coming here because it's half a mile from my house and it has parking, BUT I say that loosely because the parking lot is really hard to get in and out of and constantly full. Sometimes I end up turning around and coming back later, which I can do because it's so close. I like that they have a drop table by the front door so that if you have pre-paid packages you don't need to go inside, but the guy told me that I can't bring a "refused" package here and that I would have to give it to a driver, which is not true according to what UPS says on their website or what they told me when I called them. A bit annoyed that he rendered my drive here pointless and caused me to find another means when he should have accepted my package. read more

This review is for the phone service for pickup. Never in my life have I had worse service. The online site never works or takes my correct password. Than you call and it takes an hour to arrange a pick up to have her say the site won't let her schedule a time and she charged me already I need to talk to billing to remove the charge. Than they cancel the whole thing when I repeatedly explain to not cancel just cancel the double charge. So I have to call back a 3rd time. Really I just had to scream. I can't also hear the customer service in the other country and apparently they don't understand noon is a time meaning 12 o'clock. Terrible way to spend 2 hours. Next time I'll try fedex. read more

I have been coming to this location for years, probably weekly at this point, for everything - printing, shipping, dropping off Amazon packages, buying supplies. My packages at my apartment kept getting stolen so I opened a mailbox there and have had it for the past year. It's been a saving grace, I have had zero issues since I opened my mailbox. They hold all my deliveries for me. The staff has been nothing but wonderful, they are always so helpful and patient with my Amazon returns, help me package up items when I'm mailing them, printing labels etc. Definitely my favorite UPS store! read more

I used the hold at location feature, which was a total mistake: - I came by to pick up a package as the UPS app informed me it was delivered to the store and ready for pick-up. - This store 6310 told me it was likely mis-scanned and to call back the next day. - The next day, I called back and the staff person said the store likely refused the package because they only accept 10 packages at a time. Issue: Unwilling to work with customers to troubleshoot UPS deliveries UPS Customer Service provided a suggestion to solve the delivery issue for my package in question which UPS Store staff often does for customers but this location wouldn't even humor their own company's Customer Service solution and take action to resolve the issue (even with advanced notice and taking all of 3-mins to complete a phone call). More of a work ethic reflection of effort and service on the staff/management of this Wilcox location. Be cautious when scheduling deliveries here. read more
