    Every time I come in here, the employees are super friendly and helpful. Very efficient and enough employees so you don't wait in line long. A lot of great services they offer as well. Free parking in front. Very competitive pricing and I've never been disappointed. It's great to use as a pick up point if you're not home to sign for a delivery so all the services I've used have been spot on.

    "Good" truly says it all. While searching for a nearby UPS Store to return an Amazon purchase, I forgot this location existed...or didn't even realize it was still open. To start, all of the stores in this strip mall appear closed or abandoned. I can't figure out if there was a destructive fire or if they are simply vacant without any lessors. Look at my photo if you're curious. The UPS is not on a main street (though a block from Cahuenga in a residential area). Finally, the parking lot is a horrible design. There are two entrances for a small, triangular-shaped lot. One being in the hypotenuse (taking ya'll back to elementary mathematics class with that term) at a normal intersection and the other on the side. Two cars are unable to enter/leave at the same time. I can't imagine what it would be like if a second store was operating in this strip mall! As for my UPS experience, one worker held the door for an elderly woman using a walker upon my arrival. He then continued to hold the door open for me. Sweet gesture; Chivalry still isn't dead, even in the heart of Los Angeles! The other worker welcomed me with a smile, patiently waited while I found my QR code return label on my phone, scanned the code, asked if I wanted a receipt, and then I was on my way. Friendly service and efficient.

    The worst - they get off on charging you two dollars for a piece of tape on Amazon returns. Just a shitty business.

    I had a paid box at this store for well over a decade, probably closer to 15 years. I watched as…read morethis store dissolved into mediocrity. The managemt just grew increasingly terrible. It started years ago when a single person misaddresed mail to me in 2015, using a company name that was dissolved in 2008 and no longer existed or was legal to use. The manager kept demanding that I had to triple my price for a "company" mailbox even after I repeatedly explained the error. She never listened and it took a long time to get that fixed, and still every time I saw her she berated me. I should have quit then. But instead I quit in March 2026. In May 2026 an item that was sent from a delayed charity auction in January was as delivered to the store. I noticed the address and contacted them before it was delivered and asked them to hold it even if I had to pay to get it. They ignored the email and sent it back and only then replied to my email telling me they didn't want to hold it since "gets held forever" which is exactly not what I put in writing. So that was rude. But there's a lot more to it. The neighrboorhood the store is has collapsed to homeless and junkies and the street smells like urine. I had knives pulled on me while loading my car. The bike lanes and parking problems that were installed makes getting your packages very difficult. It was more incentive to leave. Other neighboring stores in the open mall closed, like Starbucks and T-Mobile, because it was too dangerous for employees. The Ralph's supermarket has armed private security run homeless, drug dealers and hookers off the property regularly. It's dangerous and declining. More reason to not go there. Personnel are also a problem. Every year I would give the staff a stack of gift cards to restaurants close by. I always got a polite thank you from the staff. This last year I gave them to one worker when I did my pickup. Just two days later I walked up to the door at 6:56 PM - four minutes before closing - and that same worker shut the door in my face as I was opening it and locked it and just said "closed." I pointed to my watch and to the store clock to show they were closing before the posted time. He just shrugged and locked the door and turned his back on me. There were no other customers inside. A month later, no acknowledgment or thank you so I asked one of the other staff if they got the gift cards - and he said no. So the worker I gave them to kept them all for himself. The staff member I spoke with said it wasn't surprising. So my take was that this store has known thieves on staff and no one cares. That does not give any faith in the integrity of this store at all. Then there are the excessive charges. When you pay $360-400 a year for your UPS box you expect to have them collect packages. This store changed policies in the middle of your "contract" so that if you got more than 20 packages in a month they then would charge you $3 per package. Since Amazon breaks your orders into multiple, unpredictable numbers of small practices, there's no way to come the limit with any control. When I pointed out their written contract did not allow for these surcharges, all I got was another shrug and was told to write UPS (who then says they don't govern franchise stores so they would do nothing). They didn't care about their own contract and just wanted to run up a bill. When I received a wrong package due to their errors, I always brought it back to be a good customer, person and citizen. They lost packages of mine over years and I rolled with it. Insurance wouldn't cover the package loss since it has been delivered and signed for. Management never contacted me about any of them over the years. There were good employees. One young man (I believe from Oregon) was always nice and helpful and went out of his way to do a good job - he was engaging and friendly and good. Another always cheery female employee was engaging and smart and eager, so much so I gave her an air fryer I had been given but had no use for but she was deserving. Those people were great. But they worked for a store in a declining neighborhood, a store whose management was godawful and would not so much as provide a courtesy that takes 5 seconds, not to mention the theft I mentioned earlier. But the lack of consistent performance, the growing danger of the block, the stupid parking, the theft, changing costs arbitrarily, and then the uncaring attitude just meant I needed to take my business elsewhere. They didn't care about doing their job well, so I could no longer care about supporting them. There are better options. Customers should use them.

The new labeling system I complained about is in a trial period. The numerous complains I had about it were mentioned by other clients, and ownership has acknowledged the issues. They are as disappointed with the product as we are and are looking at solutions. I will restore the missing star because this is how you deal with issues. I've been a very long-time client - over 20 years - ever since they were Box Brothers, and were located at what is now Jeni's Ice Cream. I've consistently given them 5 stars - for attention, politeness, and always service with a smile. David Goodman kept his businesses running smoothly, always improving things. He was almost always at the Los Feliz location, up to the very end. A recent change in their package notification system has me writing this review. I removes any form of verification from the customer; there's no way to audit that we are in fact getting the packages we're signing for. Please read update as they are aware of the problem and in the process of solving it.
