Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I needed to ship a large package to a customer so went to LB UPS Store & paid for it on a Friday. The cost was about $20 more than the estimate online so I asked why. "We always add an inch here," was the response I got. Adding an inch?! I told her that adding an inch added about $20 to my costs. She said I'd have to talk to the manager about it. I left my info, the manager never called me so I called Tuesday. The manager basically said the other employee MEANT they "round" inches up instead of adding. I still wasn't happy but was glad it was over. ...Or was it? The next morning (Weds) I went online to track my package & it showed no progress. I called to see if that was normal. The manager answered & discovered that my package was still in the back of the store! I could hardly believe it. The other employee had set it aside--without my permission--because I had the question about "adding" an inch. So, instead of shipping the previous Friday like it was supposed to, it went out that Weds. They didn't upgrade shipping speed or anything. Manager said she'd talk to the owner and see about getting me a refund. Well, I never heard back from anyone at the UPS Store. Got the complete run around. I called again & asked to speak with the owner. Was told I had to call him at the store but that he was almost never there. I stressed that I would like to meet with him or at least talk because I was very unhappy with the experience. Never heard back! After waiting another week for a response, I filed a complaint with UPS Store Customer Service on the phone. The store's response to my complaint just added insult to injury--they claimed I ASKED for my package not to be shipped until I had my question answered, and so they did nothing wrong. The nerve! Even if that were true--which it is NOT--my question was answered on a Tuesday morning & my package wasn't shipped until Wednesday... and only because I called wondering where it was! The customer service rep told me there was nothing else he could do. Needless to say I won't use their services again. If I absolutely need to send anything via UPS, I'll manage it all online. Otherwise, I'm using the US Post Office, which is always friendly & reliable. I strongly encourage anyone else to do the same. read more

I am a business man who at time require a lot of projects printed and cut. The cast of UPS are amazing and are always willing to step up and go that extra mile, all while doing it with a smile. My projects seem to always get done with urgent care and the quality is extremely professional, which is a bonus in my profession. I can trust that while I'm tending with clients or producing a project or two the cast of UPS is busy making my project look good, thus making my life easier and giving my customer top quality products. I'm thoroughly impressed with The UPS Store in LB! As a box holder, I've had a seamless experience with package delivery. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful - they truly go above and beyond. Plus, their rates are more competitive than USPS for mail delivery, making it a no-brainer for me. 10/10 stars, hands down! read more

The employees here are the most helpful people I've ever come across. They definitely go out of their way to help you get what you need to get or do what you need to do. We use the Los Banos UPS more for copying than we do their other service. It's so cheap and easy! We buy a copy card for $20 and we get 500 copies! I just email an attachment on whatever I want copied and "wala" it's ready when I arrive. Everyone is super nice there as well. read more

The UPS store is excellent! I'm a school teacher and I have my students email their projects to the UPS store and they make the posters. After school, I stop by and they are ready to be picked up. They are very efficient, friendly and always ready to help. read more
