There was one employee who was standing behind the counter with a customer, while another customer was on his speaker phone with what sounded like Tmobile customer service. When my husband and I walked in the lady behind the counter looked up at us but didn't acknowledge us. We stood there for 10 minutes while she was scrolling on a phone. She wasn't talking to the customer in front of her...just leaning on the counter scrolling. Never once did she say hello, be with you in a few minutes or ask what it is we were there for. I get it that they were closing at 8..but we literally went in to ask if we could make the purchase or just come back the following day. I guess long gone are the days of simple customer service or is that now considered old school and obsolete. Will make my purchase elsewhere.
