I have been coming to this location for about four years for my Amazon returns. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and taken care of my needs quickly. I love how easy it is to pop in and get some returns taken care of. Convenient hours and location, too! P.S. I wanted to fill out a personalized review for my most recent visit, but a QR code I was given to do so didn't work to pull up any website. So I am adding a special shout out to a gentleman with a "J" name! (Joseph maybe?!) He provided excellent customer service during my most recent trip in. Keep up the great work! read more

I absolutely love this location of the UPS Store. While it is frequently the warmest temperature store I visit in person, their staff also reflects this in their demeanor. Always friendly, helpful and the manager rocks giving out compliments to customers. My favorite spot for all my Amazon returns. read more

Went to have a package shipped paid for next day air. Was told that they never have issues with next day. Had an early delivery time for Noon on September 13. It is now Sept 16. Still no deliver of my package. Now it says won't be delivered til tomorrow September 17th by noon. I don't understand why they tell you things and I paid a lot of money for this package to be sent! just to have to play this waiting game! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE! This store is a joke. Tried to drop off a couple USPS boxes with labels already attached and paid for. Wanted $3 a package to take them. I mean, all you're doing is putting them on a truck. I'd recommend any of the other UPS stores, in particular the one on Brownsboro, that isn't trying to nickel and dime you. read more

I had a return which was with a UPS label. Reused a box and put the label on and gave it to the girl at the store. She prints out a reciept. Then runs out to the parking lot and say they can't ship it since the box has a hazardous sticker. I told her I just reused the box and it had clothes in it for return and if I could just peel off the sticker nope apparently not an option as they had "seen" it. How dumb, they could have been helpful if they wanted. Never using this store. read more

Came in on a Tuesday at 5pm. Line was all the way backed up outside of the building. Inside, the store was ran by 2 teenagers. One of them was on the phone for 20 minutes and the other one was wandering around aimlessly ignoring the customers in line. I went to this UPS location with some trepidation after reading previous reviews. My experience was totally different. The clerk was quick to stop what she was doing to wait on me and was nothing but courteous and helpful. My package was a prepaid/preaddressed so there shouldn't be any mixups with it getting to its destination. I was given a receipt and was on my way. I will continue to use this location and hope that my great experience continues! read more

I visit this business two or three times a month. The employees I deal with are always friendly, professional and well trained. I don't know why this store has poor reviews. I left my wallet in Mexico and I went into this store to look into the international return shipping options. I'm pretty sure her name was Sherry but she was so invested in helping me. She spent like 20 minutes on the phone with UPS customer support trying to figure out how she could get it done, got a quote for me and THEN even though she had spent all that time, gave me advice on my best option of actually not wasting my money trying to get it back. She did tell me that if I changed my mind she would make sure she helped me with the order. I was so impressed! Would definitely use this UPS for my future shipping needs. read more

Clean store. Fast and friendly service. I was in and out within minutes, the day after Christmas, making my returns.

Very shocked on the disparity in charges for a notary. The Middletown store charged $30 more for the same type of document. $10 per each witness to sign, $30 for the notary ($10 per signature). It was $50 for one document. At the UPS in Ferncreek the equivalent charge was $20 ($5 per witness signature and $10 for the notary to sign). read more

I took my UPS issued flight bag in to be mailed for needed repairs due to damage. The clerk who waited on me conducted herself in a very rude manner and very discourteous. I asked about my UPS discount and was informed they would have to have the ID. When my wife offered a picture of me in uniform on which you could zoom in on the ID, we were informed that it wasn't enough. Their attitudes were rude and they really didn't care that they were coming across that way. I will Never return to this location and I will inform my fellow pilots not to frequent their location either. I wouldn't recommend this location to ANYONE. read more

Use fedex or anywhere else for your printing . Its free to send them an email . Price is reasonable and they are polite. Just printed one page A4 size normal standard paper quality here. We asked for an email address to send the email we had to print . They did NOT mention that there is a 1.50 $ fee for just sending email for print perpose. They say it is 15 cents a page to print . They charged me total of $2.95 And when i called to ask why i am charged this high they say about the rmail fee and also because it was going to be used as a shiping lable it costs more and it is going to be 2.95 plus tax. read more

Had to go to this store because I missed the exit for the one I usually go to. I have been to several UPS stores and just drop my prepaid package on the counter and leave. The kid behind the counter said I needed to wait in line to get a receipt so he could "make sure it went through". I told him it was prepaid and I didn't want to wait. He insisted I get a receipt. I left. I have left prepaid packages at several UPS Stores and have handed prepaid packages to actual UPS drivers in their trucks and have not had to get a receipt. Absolutely terrible customer service from owner Sherry Bernthold. She should not be dealing directly with customers. I have decided to update my review, after reading the response to my above paragraph, since owner Sherry Bernthold does not have the customer service skills to improve the situation and instead tries to manipulate the situation and place blame on the customer where it does not belong. Here is what happened. Which by the way has been reported to UPS Store Corporate. I came into the store and Miss Bernthold came to the counter to assist me. I showed her the screen of my phone which displayed a code for Miss Bernthold to scan in order to print a label for shipping. Miss Bernthold, without asking, took the phone from my hand and dropped it on the counter. I had just purchased the iPhone XS Max and had not yet placed the case on it because the case had not yet been delivered. Amazon takes two days to deliver the case. When Miss Bernthold dropped the phone on the counter I calmly told her the phone was new and it did not have a case on it. I asked her to please be careful. She then proceeded to move and rub the phone on the counter in order to scan the screen. Please keep in mind she was holding the scanner in her hand and did not need to rub the phone on the counter in order to scan it. Without a case the lens of the iPhone protrudes and can be damaged if rubbed on a surface that is rough or contains abrasive substances. I calmly told Miss Bernthold that I would hold the phone while she scanned the screen. I did this because it was clear she was not concerned about my property. As soon as I picked up the phone she stated, "I am not going to do this. Go somewhere else!" She then walked away from the counter. I then told her I was going to contact UPS Corporate to file a complaint because of her rudeness. She then gave me a business card with the address of the store which I used when I called Corporate. I waited until the next rep was available and that rep apologized for Miss Bernthold's behavior. She helped me print my label and ship my package. She also informed me that Miss Bernthold was the owner of the store. I thanked her and told her she did nothing wrong. This was an issue with Miss Bernthold. As the owner Miss Bernthold should know better. 1. You do not take a customers property without asking. 2. If the customer shows concern for the way you are treating their property you should take that into account. 3. Do not get mad at the customer if the customer feels you are not treating their property correctly. 4. Do not be rude to the customer. 5. Do not blame the customer because of your shortcomings. Because Miss Bernthold places blame instead of apologizing for a situation she caused, you can be sure I will be looking at other locations across the web to post my review. I want to let others know what happened to me and the unfortunate way I was treated by the owner of this UPS Store. I should also mention that an employee at the local UPS distribution center, who I spoke to in order to get the UPS Corporate phone number, asked if I was referring to Miss Bernthold when I described the situation. This is before I ever mention Miss Bernthold's name. I was then informed that there have been a series of unfortunate incidents involving Miss Bernthold and that the UPS distribution center is aware of the situation. read more

Do not go to this store. One employee at 3:00 pm on a Saturday. A second employee appeared and stormed out after insulting us and processing one package. Phone rang for 20 minutes and the only one that was answered was a personal call. I would be worried about the service levels, training and attitude if this were my business. Oh did I mention no management presence. Would give a lower rating if there was one to give. Horrible experience will never return. UPS needs to pull their contract. read more

I went to this store to ship a picture frame. The staff was rude and told me I could not ship a picture frame from this store. My picture was in a box, and the box was inside of a wrapped package with lining. Instead of offering to help me get better packaging for my picture frame, the employees dismissed me. Loss of business from me. I live near this store, as do many of my friends and family. I'll be sure to spread the word to not use this ups store. read more

I went in to this location this morning to scan 20 pages and email that to me and was charged over $15 to do so. So you're telling me that it cost more to scan something than actually to print something in full color. Most places I've ever been to there's a very minimal cost for this service and they definitely don't charge you per page to scan something read more

Do not go to this store. We shipped a package on 12/21/2015 (I handed the package directly to the owner of the store). The package was promptly lost (potentially stolen). They did nothing to assist us in determining what happened to the package and simply said that we had to call UPS to find the package. After two months, the package is still missing. read more

I'd rather not even rate them one star but that's as low as one can go. I went in this morning to ship an unusual package and they rudely told me they couldn't do it. When I indicated that the UPS website said otherwise, they told me they were not UPS. Really? The sign over the door read the UPS Store...then the owner came out and nastily informed me that they were not the same. I recently retired as a VP of Operations for a large telecommunications company that put a premium on customer service. Clearly that emphasis is not present in this small operation. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I would suggest you drive a bit further down the road to another UPS Store. I would hope that even if they couldn't assist you, they would find a better way to assist - perhaps by directing a customer to the closest UPS facility that might be able to assist. read more
