I have not had any issues with a drop off or a package pickup. Prices and services are fairly competitive with the other shipping providers. Staff have always been friendly and efficient when I have visited at various times of day throughout the week. Business hours are extremely convenient for my needs. I plan to return to this location in the future, which is along the State Street corridor near Big O Tires and Home Depot at the I-265 exit. Parking lot is a slight challenge to access, but not impossible.

He ended up sending the envelope via USPS. I started tracking the package from Tuesday afternoon. It arrived at the USPS facility in Louisville KY on Wednesday and that is where it sat until Sunday. It was finally delivered on Monday. I called USPS and created a support ticket to locate the package, I never heard back from USPS. When I went to speak to the manager of the UPS Store I took it to, he was very rude and unfriendly. He acted like he really didn't care at all about my issue. This is the second time I have had issues with this store. I will never take another package to this store.

Fortunately one of the other employees stepped up and went out of her way to help me out. Problem solved, document signed and sent, all for less than $1. Coming form New York City, I have to say this Fedex location was cavernous compared to the ones I'm used to. This looked like a warehouse dedicated to printing and shipping! The store was very clean, brightly lit and well organized. The staff member who helped me was extremely helpful. He helped pack up my boxes, wrapped up the items inside and helped me check out very quickly. Afterward he gave my friends and I some great advice on nearby places he enjoys eating and hanging out. Always listen to the locals, I say! Fedex is not cheap, but it wasn't crazy expensive either. The key was these guys were open for shipping when no one else was. We had Greenwell Plumbing and heating come out to do an estimate for installation of a toilet, pit…read morepump, shower and corner sink and another utility sink. Aaron Jackson was the technician that provided the estimate in a very reasonable time. We had a few items that needed to be completed before the work could be done; but he still provided an estimate. Other remodeling was completed made a few changes of the above and he quickly re-did the estimate to adjust it. Contacted Greenwell to move forward and schedule it. Scheduling was quick and Aaron showed as scheduled and started the work. He continually keep us in the loop as he progressed or if he had a question for our input before performing a the task just to be sure we were okay with what he was going to do or provided some other options. He a wonderful person and good technician. He always cleaned up after himself which in itself is a testament to his standards. ( we had other workers that that just didn't seem part of their job, it makes a difference) This is the 2 nd time this year we have used Greenwell and have been pleased with the staff and work performed.
