Needless to say, I have been happy with this specific location when I need to conduct a transaction in person related to UPS products and services. I have not had any issues with a drop off or a package pickup. Prices and services are fairly competitive with the other shipping providers. Staff have always been friendly and efficient when I have visited at various times of day throughout the week. Business hours are extremely convenient for my needs. I plan to return to this location in the future, which is along the State Street corridor near Big O Tires and Home Depot at the I-265 exit. I mainly used them for faxing, shipping, and when I needed documents notarized. I think their prices are reasonable, but more than anything they're convenient and offer various services that a person may find needing every so often. This store is always clean, neatly organized, and adequately staffed. It seems to get a good amount of foot traffic, as it's not uncommon to have to wait. The times I've had to wait haven't been bad. The parking can be limited, as it shares the few available parking spaces with at least two other businesses on that side of the small strip of businesses. Therefore, several more spaces can be found on the other side of strip (the long "L" side of the strip).

As others have noted, the space is rather odd - long and narrow and not a lot of equipment to use. My guess is that the majority of their business comes from the convention center across the street. Anyway, I needed to print out a document, sign it and email it back to someone - very 2008, I know. The first person that came by wasn't helpful at all and wandered away after 30 seconds. Fortunately one of the other employees stepped up and went out of her way to help me out. Problem solved, document signed and sent, all for less than $1. (Again, the person I worked with was amazing but that did not appear to be typical as most of the employees seemed to be avoiding human interaction).

Problem: it was Sunday afternoon and they were closed. Fortunately this Fedex location was a hop, skip and a jump from the Galt House hotel so I took a walk cover to ship my boxes. Coming form New York City, I have to say this Fedex location was cavernous compared to the ones I'm used to. This looked like a warehouse dedicated to printing and shipping! The store was very clean, brightly lit and well organized. The staff member who helped me was extremely helpful. He helped pack up my boxes, wrapped up the items inside and helped me check out very quickly. Afterward he gave my friends and I some great advice on nearby places he enjoys eating and hanging out. Always listen to the locals, I say! Fedex is not cheap, but it wasn't crazy expensive either. The key was these guys were open for shipping when no one else was. Kudos for great service and life saving hours.

I had a tech come to our house about replacing a toilet flange. The current one was cracked. I had…read morealready removed the toilet and wax seal so it was easy for the tech to inspect the issue. After inspecting the issue for a full 30 seconds I was told the only way to deal with the issue was to jackhammer up the concrete and essential destroy the bathroom. I immediately said no. What he didn't know is I knew how to do the work, it wasn't that difficult. I only called because I didn't want to do it myself. Well an hour later and a trip to he parts store I installed the new flange. Will not be calling Greenwell for any kind of service in the future, and I will be spreading the word of the poor service. Also the tech sat in his van for an additional 45 minutes after he exited the home. A little odd, stealing time maybe? Also green Mohawk?
