This location is always clean and tidy. Parking can get tricky in this shopping center but I was lucky with this today. I came here on a super rainy day to drop off some amazon return packages. There was a small line but another associate quickly flagged me down to be assisted with the drop off. He was efficient. Scanned my returns and printed me my receipt. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. So sad I didn't get the young mans name but it was a wonderful experience. read more

Usually go to Kohls for all my Amazon returns. But this time Amazon did not give me the option to drop off at Kohls,so I had to chose UPS store drop off. I brought my own box after reading a previous review about them charging for boxes for returns . So I just needed to tape my box up and they charged me a dollar to put tape on my box. That's a bit much to just put some tape on my box to close it up, at least a quarter would of been fine. read more

I've been going to this UPS because it's the one close to my house and the girls are always nice but it's just pathetic how they charge for a piece of tape to seal a box. I mean they are already getting their fair share of what we pay to charge for a peace of tape. It was literally about 4 inches of tape. read more

I just walk in to this store 8/30/22 at 5:16 and the guy that is in front as soon as you walk in. Forgot to ask his name. He's really rude! I took several packages all with their return labels in ORDER, to not make people wait and to try to help the worker there but guess what I got! An upset worker which I believe he got upset because I had like 4 returns. He started complaining and actually told me next time bring all your packages with everything seal because next time you're gonna be charged for "THE TAPE" when I've have been returning things in Amazon and they said you don't need to package UPS WILL DO IT FOR YOU! this pendejo is complaining when he gets paid to do his job! I have been to three different UPS stores In the past two weeks. This is by far the most organized UPS store that I have seen. They are continuously counting how many people are inside. They have marked spots for the people to stand. Although it's such a small location, the flow of the store is perfect. I'm impressed especially after comparing it to the other stores. read more

horrible place went to drop off my packages and the lady who doesn't know how to do her job would not accept my package even though it say ups mail innovations on my package, so incompetent she probably doesn't even know what she's doing. I went in to ship out a box/make a return that was previously arranged through Amazon. I was not able to print out the shipping label at home so I asked if they could print out the label for me. The woman at the register told me that I would be charged $1.17 to print. This is ridiculous. At most UPS locations they provide you with the label no problem. I have no problem paying for a print out, but $1.17 is ridiculous. I took the packaged to the HP UPS instead. read more

This place lacks customer service! I went in today to drop off two boxes to send back to amazon. Once I went in the girl had a long face looking like she was forced to work today. Not even a "hello" "hi" or "good morning" she just scan my boxes and almost tossed me my receipt. And again not a thank you or asked me if I needed anything else. I was very polite to the person attending me. However, for some reason, maybe the person was having a bad day, they decided to be very rude. I wouldn't just leave 1 star review for a small rude comment or action. It was constant rudeness and I was very shocked as I've never been treated like that before at UPS. I can't remember the name but the person that was being excessively rude was a Hispanic male, average height, on the heavier side, and between 20-30 years of age. I leave this review in hopes that there will be better customer service, but I am going to try and go to other UPS locations in the future. read more

Aside from the convenient location, the service here is extremely helpful. Juan helped me download and the print out my documents despite the busy crowd taking over the available resources. Evelia was also very helpful upon charging me and explained the process of printing. (I only needed some documents printed, not everything) and also provided me with some helpful tips for future reference.
