I also told them that Verizon's customer service said that I can return my phone whenever I am able to due to my being disabled. They still denied to assist me. This is discrimination and they should be made aware of the incident. I have already forwarded my complaint to verizon but wanted to reach out to the store as well. They either don't answer the phone or say the manager is not available. They did not give the option of having the manager return my call when they do become available. But he offered to call customer service himself to help get this all sorted out. He figured it out while on the phone in the meantime and gave me what I needed. I wish it was a quicker process but at the end of the day, I appreciate Hernan taking the time to help me and not just sending me away as that would've been the easier thing to do.

We pay just as much even with the promotions they offered and the service is awful. Drops my calls everywhere. At home mostly. I have to sit in my car to get coverage and have a conversation that won't drop. When you place a call it takes about 20 seconds to finally hear a ring that it's going through . I called costumer service a few times and all you get is "I'm so sorry" for costly information I was never given. I'm paying off my phones and going back to Verizon. To a company that is trustworthy and all around amazing. Please, rethink before you plan to switch to this company.
