Judy really worked with me to get what I wanted. It wasn't exactly the same as my original idea, but that is because they use the letter press. I love what they made even more than my idea and I don't think a printer or copier would have made such pretty, dark, precise lettering. She also has color options and I found one that matched my invitation perfectly. They did my invitation, return addresses on the outer envelope, the sending address on the RSVP envelope, and the information card. I was not upset by the price at all, very reasonable. Judy was super nice, especially considering I was on wits end with these invites. They had my order ready in just four days, which in my opinion is amazing. She was always helpful as I called and emailed her, which really made it feel like she takes the time to put care into every order. I recommend Frost Printing 100%.

For example: we went to this store to purchase a Whalen Table which they did not have in stock. So she ordered it from a different store location and had it for us the following day. She took time in teaching and showing me Easy Rewards program so that customer can earn points on purchases and those points can be redeemed for dollars off. Because of her I was able to earned $49 and used that money the next day to purchase K cup coffee which she informed me it's currently on sale today. In all my years going to Staples no employee has ever taken the time to educate me about this loyalty program. In addition she showed me how to earned bonus points on the 3 most frequently purchased categories. I was so happy! I vote for her to be employee of the month for being so friendly and empathetic . A pickup truck had pulled up behind me and he finally got out of his truck and went into the store and drove off a few minutes later. When I arrived no vehicles were parked in front of the store. I finally got out of my car and went inside where 3 employees were working the counter. People that had arrived after I had were being taken care of. I asked why no one was responding to drive thru. I was told they were too busy and they were not responding to drive thru. I said I had arrived there before some being taken care of in the store. They did not care. I said it doesn't take long to take a prepaid package. They still didn't care. I tossed my package on the counter by the manager but forgot to wait for the package to be scanned in. I have dropped off pre paid packages before and had no problem with it being shipped. I was upset at how I was being treated and disrespected. It appears this package is now lost and they can care less. I know I should have waited for a receipt, but my package was right next to the store manager. As far as I know it is still illegal to mishandle mail. I believe they should discontinue the drive thru if they cannot handle it. Adam, the owner, never responded to my request for telephone call to discuss the situation. I had left my number at the store he also owns that is next door to Mail pro.

Their facility has a notary who will not perform the service for residents. Thank goodness for this service in a situation like ours! Greg and I made arrangements to meet Saturday morning at 9:00.
