    Krystal at this FedEx location gave me the utmost customer service I've ever received! I went to 4…read moredifferent UPS stores and an OfficeMax trying to get my seating chart names printed out but I kept getting turned away without a reason why. I'm less than a month away from my wedding so I was feeling defeated when I decided to stop by this FedEx as a last resort. Krystal not only gave me a reason why I wasn't able to print my seating chart out, she also brainstormed up a solution for me to make it work! She didn't stop there either, she made it a personal project for herself to print, cut out, and place my signage out on the paper I provided so I could finish this project. If you're a bride or know a bride then you know wedding planning can be so stressful, but her customer service and act of kindness blew me away! I'm so grateful I decided to come into this location. I provided an image of my seating chart put all together because I'm so proud of how it looks. I'm not good at DIY projects so I wouldn't have been able to do this without her! Thank you, Krystal!!

Easy task except I don't have a printer, my office is closed, and the library is on a holiday schedule. OMG. I thought Kinkos immediately. I walked in and asked for help but the self service printers have everything you need. It's fairly cheap to print off a black and white copy, so don't worry about breaking the bank. I was able to accomplish in under 15 minutes. Check this out for next office supply and printing needs.

This was a gift of Blantons bourbon (which is hard to find and I had to special order) with two engraved Glencairn glasses, as well as the bourbon bottle engraved. UPS found a way to break one of the engraved glasses . I am absolutely over this entire experience. And bc of the foul mood I was already in walking into the store, I had no issue matching the shit energy of the person there who gave me my package. I hate even saying that but I've just had it. UPS: you failed miserably in this entire process. Two chances I gave to correct the issue and both times with no customer service. This is a formal grievance against UPS and the complete failure of customer service associated with the company, including the inconvenience of this particular location. I paid 2 day air shipping for an item I needed prior to the weekend. Order was processed and sent out on Tuesday for an arrival of Thursday. The package required a signature so I needed someone to be home. Time frame given was 12:30 - 4:30. During the day Thursday, I get a notification that my package was delayed and would be delivered Friday. I did not have someone to be at home for that day so I rerouted (and paid an additional $6 on top of the $48 expedited shipping charges) to a local access point so I could get my package Saturday morning. I called UPS and found out that the local access point wouldn't receive the package until Tuesday! I asked for a Supervisor and he did not assist me and tried to blame the company shipping the item. So, nothing was done to resolve my issue of needing the package by the weekend for an event. I work in Johns Creek but live close to this access point so I figured I'd leave work early to get here and pick up my package (deadline for it is 6/4). I got here at 6:02PM, rushing, and they were closed. So this is ANOTHER DAY of waiting to get a package and clearly can't get access to bc I can't make it here within an hour from leaving work, and this location does not stay open a minute past their closing time. Overall, epic fail. It is insanely rare I write a bad review but even with the customer service being nice, there was still no resolution other than "you'll have to get the package on Sunday". I have not been this pissed off in a very long time. There should've been a refund and an effort to get the package to me in the time frame I requested. And as I sit here in front of this access point writing this review and on the phone with UPS filing a complaint, I have seen 5 other people walk up and realize they were closed. ADJUST YOUR BUSINESS HOURS.

    I have had a mailbox at this UPS location for nearly 20yrs. Today I closed it due to Kirsten…read more(unsightly brunette with glasses) sabotaging my incoming mail/packages. Over the years, I have had a few unpleasant exchanges with her over my mail/packages and today was the last straw. Well, I was expecting a package from Canada which was due to arrive on Feb 4/26. The items were for my brother's funeral so when I received an email from these people that my package had arrived, I swung by to pick it up. It was not the correct package so I tracked the package on my phone and saw that it was refused by the receiver (UPS @ 2451 Cumberland). I explained to her that the package coming in from Canada may require a custom fee. She (Kirsten) admitted that earlier in the day she refused a package because they didn't have any cash on hand however, she didn't bother to look at the name of the receiver or inquire what the cost was. I found that rather odd and off putting but didn't bother to question her further. She suggested I call the 1-800. I got in my car and did just that. The cost was $44.99. I immediately called back the store and spoke to Kirsten's dad (older man). I asked him how they would handle packages that required Custom Fees/COD. Her Dad explained that their 'protocol' for packages requiring Custom Fees or COD are: They would call the customer (myself) and confirm whether I wanted them to accept and pay for it on my behalf and then I would in turn reimburse them. My package was redeliverd on Feb 6/26. I went in to pick it up and asked the dad for clarification on why his daughter (Kirsten), would refuse a package without looking at the name and wouldn't even bother to follow 'protocol' given the fact that, yes, I've been a customer for nearly 20yrs. He staunchly defended her saying that maybe my name was not on the package, that I should have given them a heads up about the custom fees and blah blah blah. Sir, I just spoke to you a couple days ago about your protocol!!! None of this sat well with me so I returned by mailbox key and demanded a refund on my mailbox. The only thing consistent in this place is POOR, UNFRIENDLY, SURLY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Dante is always friendly and always so accurate in knowing exactly what my needs are and how to meet them! The rest of the crew is great as well! It's always a fast in and out because they're so efficient! I am really sad when I have to go to other UPS stores and deal with poor service and poor attitudes. These people really rock as far as knowing how to please a customer. UPS store is to the left of the cleaners and to right of the Publix grocery store I will continue to come here as long as I can.

    I went in to simply print a few document. I walked in and I, the customer, greeted a staff member…read morewho was on the floor at a printer... she ignored me even after I said "hello how are you" twice! I had to walk over into her personal space/close enough to make eye contact and say for a third time "hello how are you", to get her to acknowledge my presence. When she finally looked up and acknowledged me, she had an attitude and acted as if I was bothering her. I then proceeded to the counter to try to get assistance from a different representative at the cash register. There was a different at the I approached her she walked away as if she didn't see me standing there. She then proceeded to go off to the side to socialize and chitchat with a coworker. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any store! I use FedEx in my neighborhood at least three times a week and the people in my neighborhood Location are extremely friendly and professional and helpful! This location is clearly not being managed properly. There should not be multiple employees with terrible attitudes. Each person I encountered in the was completely rude and unfriendly. I ended up just walking out and leaving without getting my papers printed out. I have made a mental note to never return to this location ever again no matter what!

    I had run several errands yesterday morning. Every place I went to the folks working were either…read morerude or at best just plain unfriendly. I believe the person who helped me, the manager, his name was T'Michael. I tried to notice as I left. He was so kind, helpful, and went the extra mile. He was the epitome of what customer service should look like. So refreshing!
