There were two employees working in the store when I came in, and I quickly found the self serve copier machine to print out my docs. Unfortunately though, both of their copiers were not operational and I was perplexed about what to do next. To e person who appeared to be in charge offered to print my documents behind the counter. I knew that the price to print behind the counter is somewhat higher than if you print with the self serve machines. In a nutshell, part of my project involved a print-job that my company's copy-center couldn't do (although they originally said they could), so I called around to various printing companies to help me out. Some were nice, but didn't have the capabilities to do what I needed them to do. Others couldn't fulfill my volume within my timeframe. Kwik Kopy, however, was marvelous. Although the receptionist I worked with, was obviously busy, and really not able to give me a price quote, she was so kind and helpful that I willingly stayed on hold for 20 minutes (she would check up on me every few minutes, to make sure that I was OK and still holding...how's that for customer service?!?). When she was able to finally get a sales guy to help me out, she followed up with me later that afternoon to make sure that I was taken care of. Wonderful customer service! I sent them my requirements, and their prices weren't unreasonable (a smidge higher then what I was budgeted for, but by this point, it had turned into a rush job, so it wasn't their fault). They DROVE over to my office, to hand me proofs - three times. When my job was finally completed, I was prepared to drive over to them to pick up the 15 boxes of materials (thank goodness for interns, right?), but when the manager realized that I was going to send my poor hapless interns to do the pick-up, he quickly offered his driver's services - free of charge. In a nutshell, they were quick, accommodating and professional. My materials (which were later distributed corporate-wide) were amazing, and my VP loved it (which is all that matters in the end, right?!).
