I have literally never received more awful service at any shipping establishment in my entire life. I have shipped thousands of dollars worth of merchandise through UPS and have always had fairly good experiences. The last two times I shipped through this store, they lost my tracking number and failed to send it to me. The last time, I called and they said they were 'too busy' to help me--after I'd just spent nearly $200 shipping a large and valuable package with them. As the package was an item I sold over the internet, I really needed the tracking information to supply to the buyer, so I asked them if they could possibly call me back when they had time to assist me. They assured me they'd call back in '5 minutes.' 1.5 hours later, after receiving no calls, I called back again. Upon calling back, the same employee told me I'd have to wait until tomorrow to get my tracking number; she read back my email to confirm I'd written it correctly and said she'd send another email to my email tomorrow, 'when she had time'. When I asked her why I hadn't received an email with the tracking number today, as she'd promised at the time of the transaction, she said that it was because she couldn't read my email on the slip. This was a patently false statement, seeing as she'd just read me my email correctly off the sheet that she was now insisting she was unable to read. At this point, I asked to speak with her manager. Her manager was extremely snide and pedantic, calling me 'honey' multiple times and telling me it was my own fault for not receiving the tracking information as they couldn't read my email (that they had just read back to me with no problem 2 minutes before). I've been going to this store for years since it was the Mail box etc. Outstanding service everytime.

I've received all my mail here for 19 years, no problem, they sign for registered mail , Fedex etc. The current owner Shashi is helpful, efficient and courteous. read more

I am surprised at the low remarks! I had the best UPS experience there today. My fiance and I are getting married in Norway and needed to send off a notarized document. The gentleman that was helping us (dark hair, around 30-45 years) was very kind the whole time and DID NOT make us feel bad for us deciding to ship our package out through USPS and not them (our documents were already in the folder and sealed). The difference was about $10-$20 cheaper at USPS, but it seems as though with UPS it is guaranteed to get there. We have been tight on money lately, so we were forced to go to USPS, and not pay for the guarantee. It seems silly, but if we had the money, we would not have done that. The younger lady there was also sweet to us and had a smile on her face. I think that is his daughter. Once he found out that we were going to Norway, he was telling us about his planned Norwegian trip. Overall, very friendly environment! read more

Great place to ship or drop off UPS packages. Been here for nearly 10 years. Very friendly store, great customer service. Thumbs up!! Also FAX and notary services available. Small but nice and easy place for all UPS and shipping needs...Happy with my experience, I will come here again! read more

They are not helpful when it comes to fixing the problem THEY created ! ( packages lost , not delivered) . If You have any other choice to send your packages I strongly suggest you skip this store. read more

It is December 31 and I needed to have a document notarized today. Every place I called, including my local UPS store where I usually have documents notarized, has closed early for the day. After calling about 10 different places without luck, I expanded my horizons geographically and found this UPS Store in Millbrae. The owner was planning to close within 15 minutes, but when I told him I didn't think I would be able to make it he said he could wait a bit longer. Then I had trouble with my printer at home, and called him back to explain the situation and he said that it would not be a problem for me to just email him the document, and he would print it and have it waiting for me when I came in to have it notarized. When I got there, everything went smoothly and he just charged me the $10 notary fee with no other fees for printing the one page document, etc. and he had a very sunny, friendly personality. So all in all, a very positive experience to end what had been a stressful situation. Thanks! read more
