This UPS is located in a strange long plaza right off El Camino. There seems to be limited parking on the street around here as well as a small lot. I came here a few times to drop off Amazon returns. They were cordial and quick to process the returns. I have been using this UPS store for almost 20 years and believe their service is very efficient and accurate. It's true that the male owner doesn't smile, is serious and not very friendly but that's just his personality! I don't blame him for getting upset at times.I have seen customers dump returned items on the counter that are not even in a bag or wrapped. Have you seen the hundreds of items on the counter behind them that have to be processed? The least people can do is put them in a bag! This is a fraud. I paid for a packaged to be shipped and they charged me an extra $20 as a "delivery fee" AFTER I PAID for the shipping and dropped the package off. I was instructed to take my Gap package return to Staples with a staples QR code, but at staples, they said I had to take it to ups. I found this location and the clerk (owner, I think) was busy but went way out of her way to get it resolved as the return code wasn't a ups code. She used her own phone to call Gap to get them to send me a ups code while helping other customers. Very helpful to all who came in. read more

Everything needs improvement! The husband and wife are rude and totally unfriendly and unprofessional! They argue with the customers and send so many people away because they don't like how the package is taped. They do not know what promos are running at UPS and even though I had the discount information on my phone from the website and a printed copy of a coupon, she said she couldn't do it. In asking for the discount after it was rung and not given, she proceeded to argue with me that it has to be done when ringing and there was nothing she could do. My discount was to be $20.00 and she kept arguing she couldn't do anything. So, I asked for my product back and she could void the receipt. She said she couldn't. She also lied and told me that my box of shred had been done already. This is impossible since another company comes to pick up shred and it is done off their premises!! The husband finally came from the back and told her how to do it. I asked him to teach her how to treat customers and how to speak to the people. No complaints from me. Small street off of El Camino and easy to get to, frequently has open parking spots right in front or there's a small adjacent lot. Seems like it's run by a husband and wife. She's a bit nicer and he's a bit more gruff but they're always efficient about handling my packages (usually a box less return, like for Amazon or AT&T). Super convenient. Knock on wood.. I've sent things via this store for the last past 8 years and haven't had an issue yet with missing packages. This place is busy at certain times, but never more than 5-6 people in line in front of me. I usually go during slow times, before 12 noon and before 5pm to avoid lines. This place is owned by a very nice couple who are always on premise and working there. They're not overly friendly, but pleasant. The Indian lady is extremely rude!! She yells at you and when you correct HER MISTAKES. She will scream at you trying to intimidate you when she knows that she is wrong. Most recently went in to return three packages. I was the only customer and put one package on the counter and provided the scan code for return. She scanned the code and told me to put the other packages and walked away. Another customer came in and she told them to go to the other counter. I was still waiting for her to complete my transaction and she did not. I told her that I was in a hurry and I needed to, just drop these packages off but she needed to scan the codes for the other two packages and she told me to just leave them. I asked her to come back and scan the other codes for the other packages again. The other customer was not ready and was still going through their purse. She came back and scanned the other two codes. She did not put the shipping labels on the packages. Days later I find out she sent the wrong packages to the wrong addresses. Thus I was returning items and will not get my money refunded from three different vendors. These are not cheap items. These are cowboy boots, jackets, etc.. this is just careless! I called her and spoke to her on the phone indicating what she did and she started screaming at me saying no that they do not do that and she always has the customer verify the address. She is absolutely wrong and that is falsified information. She never has a customer verify the address from a scan code they provide. This never ever happens and she is blatantly fabricating information a.k.a. lying. She is not trustworthy as this has happened three separate times. I will never go back and rest be assured if you do beware. Poor service. Poor attitude. And they should be held accountable for the losses that they have provided customers. read more

I've been going here 2 years and I often leave feeling frustrated. They charge a lot for label printing or any service .The couple working there seem miserable and are often contentious and unhelpful. So I've begun taking my business to Postal Annex in Bayhill Shopping Center. They handle UPS, FedEx and USPS. They print labels for free and are helpful and cheerful. The dude behind the counter scanned my amazon return code, printed the label and my receipt, and put the item on their back counter. The item never left their location, and the owners of this location are: A. Unprofessional B. Rude and obnoxious C. Wearing masks below their noses. They kept saying I need to call UPS (are they not a UPS store), and call Amazon, and refusing to look for my item which they misplaced. I have gone to this location for Amazon returns. Typically the woman is very friendly; whereas the husband is cold. Today was an entirely different story. I attempted to complete my return yesterday but the location was closed so I returned after work today. Incredibly they refused to accept my return because I taped the return code to the front of the package. After removing the label they told me they would still not accept the label. Finally I asked if they have WIFI so I could print a label and the answer was no. Very rude and I do not appreciate being lied to because I would be surprised to learn that they do not have WIFI. These have to be the rudest people I have ever met. Where are the negative stars?? They act like they do no wrong, and it absolutely is the customers fault if the customer doesnt understand what they are saying with their thick accents. I went to get a notary signature, and to my right I heard the Indian lady speaking with another customer over a missunderstanding that they were having. Of course it was the customers fault. The man starts shuffling through my paperwork, and I ask him what he needs, and does he need the signature pages. He gets testy with me. I say to him these are critical and important papers, if he needs something specific, I can dig it out for him. I have them all organized, I dont want to mix them up. I ask him around three times what exactly he needs, as he keeps attempting to shuffle through my papers! He then proceeds to get really nasty with me, and tells me to leave. Anyways, I go up to the postal annex by Mollie stone, & proceed to have a very pleasant experience with the owner who speaks perfect english, who proceeds to tell me that he needs the signature pages, and that the form I had for him to sign was fine(UPS guy stated nastily that he couldnt use it). He lets me dig them out, as it looks like he respects the paperwork. Man!!! The difference was like night and day in customer service! How do those people stay in business treating people the way they do??
