Entire point of preprinting labels is to not have to stand in line. When I bring something in to drop off and don't need a receipt...I don't need to be hassled either. If employees can't handle stress, maybe they should move on. This should be a very simple experience, yet I'm met with grief daily. read more

Ever find you could use a little extra tape to secure a box to ship? This store charges $2.00 even if you only need a tiny bit. Most shipping stores who value their customers will happily provide one tiny bit of tape if your shipping box needs it. I'm fine with paying 50 cents, even a dollar but $2 seems a bit steep. Do not use this store's notary. I've been a notary for over 20 years. He obviously doesn't know the job of a notary is to verify the identify of the signer not to police their signature. He insisted that I had to sign the document exactly in the same manner as on my driver's license and then rejected it when he didn't think it was close enough! This is not the notaries job! I said, "what if I'd had a stroke and my handwriting had changed" he said "have you had a stroke? Where is your stroke certificate?" It was unbelievable! I had to re-sign until it was close enough for his satisfaction. He was rude and brusque and withheld his notary notarization until I did it his way. Go to FedEx instead! read more

I have been coming here for several years. I realize I pay more than if I utilized USPS exclusively but I come here because of service and because they do what I hate doing. Boxing, packing, taping, addressing. I know it will be done right. I can track it if I want to. Just like all small businesses, it's hard to get good help. This particular store has close oversight and is quick to find a better way to ship, copy or print. I ship frequently overseas. They know the rules for each country. I ship a lot of books. There is a special rate which is much less. Yes, I pay more but it's worth it to me. Service is worth it when there seems to be places where it is missing. I can depend that at least it is consistent here. read more

I'm upset with this UPS Store. Dropped off three packages on 8/19. Two of those packages never arrived at their location. One was a very expensive product. Unfortunately, I misplaced the receipt, so I can not look up one of the tracking numbers. That part is my fault, so I called today to see if someone there could see if the packages were still onsite or to see if they could look it up by date. The guy I talked to immediately said the boxes were not there and it was obvious he didn't even look. I asked him if there was anything he could do and he told me that he had other customers to help and gave me a UPS number, which by the way, they can't do anything without a tracking number. The other part about this story that is frustrating was the day I brought in those packages, there was a tall man working and he was extremely rude. I left with such a bad taste in my mouth and I remember thinking when I got home that night and couldn't find my receipt, feeling a little like oh no, I hope nothing happens to my packages and sure enough, two of three packages did not arrive. I have never written a bad review before. I think it's important to concentrate on the positive, but this one has really upset me. read more

I have been a customer here for a good 10 years - as many of the locations here in the strip mall. I have been through 2 owners of this establishment and though the newer owners are nice, I do miss the old owners. The rates were given a pretty good bump in recent years so I don't use the service nearly as much as I used to use it. I was nearly a daily shipper but now not nearly as frequent as just driving a mile down the road to the post office I spend 50% less to ship, however sometimes the lines at the post office are insanely long. The service is pretty solid at the UPS Store and the staff helpful and friendly, you bl just pay for the convenience. read more

We went in for a notary service. Unbelievably rude especially to the two women in our group. This guy has no idea what he is doing as a notary and tries to cover his lack of knowledge up by shaming customers. We will never return to this store. There is a FedEx across the street. read more

I went in there to print one single sheet of black and white pdf. I emailed it to the clerk he printed it. He then told me it was $3 dollars. I told him that seemed a lot for one piece and he said it was the computer fee( whitish I didn't use) he then gave me a nasty look and just Stared at me. I walked across the street to fedex and did he exact thing for .15 cents. I was reluctant to even go there because when I had gone in the past the owner was super unfriendly and has zero customer service skills. People here are either crooks or just completely inept. I send a package insured for $200 and they take what I've clearly written on it and put NW instead of SW on it. Naturally it goes to a non-existent address in Florida and because the address it wrong, it's MY fault and I'm out the insured amount plus the $70 in shipping. UPS Corporate says talk to the store and the store says talk to UPS. Fuck them both. They obviously have no scruples or ethics, and UPS corporate customer service just reads scripted answers to questions. If this company has the most elaborate and sophisticated tracking system on the entire PLANET, why can't they return my package to me? Ultimate Piece of Shit company. read more

This store is my go-to for printing brochures and regular black and white copies of things. Nabil's great employee Jonathan even dropped off copies one day because I needed them quickly and he happened to be driving by my clinic that afternoon on his way home. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My husband had my package delivered here through the UPS access point program. It was under my husband's name, so I brought my Oregon ID, a bill proving we live at the same address, and the tracking information from the shipper to pick up my package. Per the UPS access point identification rules stated on their website: "If you need someone else to collect your package on your behalf, they'll need to bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Additionally s/he needs to present proof of connection to the address on the UPS label or to the named person (named person's valid ID or photocopy). Also accepted as proof of connection is an official notification (from the shipper or UPS) that provides the shipment/order details for the package (recipient name, shipper name, UPS Access Point location address and tracking number). Notifications can be printed out or provided on a smart phone." So I thought I would be set to pick up my package because I had a valid ID and the shipment/order details for the package. But no, the guy in the store would not release my package, because my change of address sticker on my ID was smeared. It shouldn't have mattered, since he could see my name on my ID and he could read my bill and the UPS regulations state all I needed was a government ID and the shipment/order details. Nope, this guy plays by his own rules and doesn't follow the UPS requirements. When I showed him the rules on the UPS site, he said he has no control over the rules and still would not give me my package. I called ups headquarters and they even called the store and told him to release my package and he still wouldn't release my package because he didn't believe the customer service agent. This place should not be allowed to be a UPS access point if they are not going to follow the company's rules. I will be making a formal complaint to corporate and will never use this place again. read more

The crew at our local UPS store is the best! In short order they learn customer names, greet us, gather our packages or mail, and bring it out. They even see my car parking and get my packages ready for me. During this COVID pandemic they make us feel safe and comfortable with masks signage and customer limits inside the store (and covered waiting area outside). Definitely five stars. read more

My spouse and I were both not able to be home when we had a big package scheduled to be delivered. I rerouted the package to the UPS Store for free (!) -- didn't even know that was possible -- and it was ready the day after it was originally scheduled. When my husband and I went to pick it up the next day, the customer service was top notch. I went back a few days later on my own to pick up another package and the same gentleman (younger Asian man) helped me get the package into my car. And just the other day, I dropped off an Amazon return. They were pretty busy and when the employee spotted the box and the slip in my hand as I walked in the door, he offered to take care of it so I wouldn't have to wait. After three really great experiences with the same employee, I would like to give him and my local UPS Store a shoutout! Thanks for the great service! read more

Always receive great customer service at this location. On a couple occasions, I've walked in with partially sealed boxes with the expectation of having to get them ready before handing over. The guy who works here often would tell me, "I'll take care of it. Don't worry." So finally one time I let him and he did. All Good. Packages sent...no issues. I have not encountered another UPS store where they help out as much. read more
