    This isn't the closest UPS Store to where I live but it's the store I prefer…read more The staff is always helpful and friendly. Even when there's a long line, packages piling up, and clearly a stressful day, they still manage to be polite and get the job done. I've done printing, shipping, and even Amazon returns at this location and I've been happy with every visit. Recently a self serve Amazon returns counter was added. It seems like a really great addition for simple, quick, scanned returns. I haven't been able to try it out yet because there's always been other customers using it but I'll get my chance eventually. The printing I've had done at this location has always been great quality and done quickly. There are mail boxes available for rent here as well. The shipping prices are comparable, in some cases slightly more, than USPS but there are times I feel more secure using UPS for packages. I live in a rural area and our local UPS drivers handle my deliveries with far more care than USPS so I'm hopefully that it's the same case in other areas when I'm shipping important items to others.

He made up a bunch of lies (such as they aren't associated with UPS, I need a QR code even though I had a prepaid label, the system won't let them waive the label printing fee) and then admitted that he just wanted me to leave the store. Really? UPS lost all all respect for not waiving the $2 printing fee on top of their crappy delivery service. What a greedy unethical business.

I've spent thousands of dollars here over the years and always appreciated the service--until recently. The other day, I needed to scan a full set of legal-size documents, around 140 pages. To avoid any issues, I split the documents into three smaller batches, just in case the scanner couldn't handle all of them at once. All the pages were the exact same size, and I fed them through carefully. Each time, after the scan appeared to finish, the machine threw a fatal error message. Not once, not twice, but all three times. This was clearly a technical issue with the self-service scanners. After the third failed attempt, I brought the issue to the front desk. Instead of acknowledging that their equipment wasn't working properly, they told me I would need to pay a fee to have the documents scanned behind the counter. That makes zero sense. Why should I have to pay extra because your machines failed? This isn't just about me being a frequent customer--it's about customer experience and common sense. When your tech fails three times on a simple scan of same-size documents, and your response is to charge the customer more, that's a terrible business decision. It shows a lack of problem-solving and a complete disregard for loyalty. Something has definitely changed here--whether it's the culture or the people, I'm not sure. But I used to rave about this location. Now I'm second-guessing whether I should keep bringing my business here.

My phone for some reason was unable to use the QR code and there was nothing they could do. They couldn't print it for me and I had to figure out how to print myself and come back. Then, I got to the parking lot, and still couldn't find it, so I called again. Same thing, it went to voicemail. Within 30 seconds, the store called back, saying "I see that you called twice, can I help you?" "Yeah, I can't find you." Erin stayed on the phone, and guided me to the store, using landmarks in this huge parking lot. Okay, so I finally get tom the store, and wanted to see the Shiitake X-Chair. Erin it to showed me. It was definitely a mushroom color, but the manufacturer insisted that it was a dark green. Erin started a chat with the manufacturer and sent them a photo. So many people rely on the photos on websites, but what if it's the wrong photo? I asked Erin if she could order a new one from the manufacturer to see what color shows up. "Sure thing!" I would say this is great customer service.
