They were excellent in all ways, but one: Instead of shrinking some of the images to the size I requested and then print them, they printed them and then cut some of them down to size. This took a lot of the image of each piece of art away. This cost me $100.00 for something I can not use. Note: I absolutely abhor giving bad reviews. I wish they had called me to okay the cutting before they did it, but they didn't. I would rate how they treated me with five stars along with their effort for good communication. Not sure but ColorHaus has unlocked the key to providing all four pillars of what is necessary for a service like this to get 5 stars and they are delivering it on all fronts. I had to print 100 flyers last minute SAME DAY so I turned to Yelp for help and found ColorHaus. I was desperate so I put in an order online and called immediately after I sent it in to see if I could get the flyers asap. They turned them around in 4 hours and called me as soon as they were ready.
