She printed the label and then proceeded to tell me that the printing charge was $3.44 and to go get it off the printer. Working remote has had its many challenges for me in 2020. While I've managed to get my home office set-up, the many conveniences that were established and in-place at my office job were no longer readily available to me at home. I had to figure out how to resolve these issues in a timely manner. Further, having to deal with COVID-19 and limiting my exposure to multiple businesses, I needed to find a "one-stop-shop" venue that could handle all of my office needs. Specifically, all of the first-class and certify mailings that our tax department produces for our clients. One day, I stumbled upon The UPS Store, #4854 located on Hwy 6 in the Riverstone Shopping Center. I had a deadline of getting a large handful of certify mailings mailed. Upon entering the venue, I was immediately welcomed with a warm smile and super helpful person, the owner. He gladly assisted me with all of my mailings, made sure I didn't have any questions, gave me my receipts, etc. It felt like a win-win scenario for sure. I told him I would be back in the near future. An example - I had a large project that contained well over 1,000 regular mailings. I wasn't sure if this venue could assist me. When I inquired, I received the most positive response ever. The representative, Reema, gathered some basic information from me, asked when the mailings needed to be mailed, if there was anything they could further assist with, etc. This person was totally on top of her game and because of her professionalism and willingness to assist, I totally felt comfortable having them process the huge mailing for me. All in all, I have been super impressed with The UPS Store, #4854. All of my experiences at this venue have been positive, thorough, and complete. Of course, being able to accomplish multiple business tasks in one place really means a lot to me. Having someone say thank you is also a welcomed end to doing business it speaks to gratitude. RIP OFF!!!! Do not get anything notarized here. Seriously a complete and total rip off. I went to get a Will notarized which required 5 signatures. I asked the girl who was sitting in her chair does that include everything and she said YES! She then confirmed with the person who was actually performing the notary and she too said yes we can do it. After it was all said and done the bill was $32. She charged $6 PER page and $2 for a witness when everywhere else is $6 for the first signature and $1 for each additional page/signature. She apologized and said it must've been a communication issue but it definitely was not. Just be up front with your customers. I needed my documents so was forced to pay but just want to warn others. Go elsewhere reasonable if you need more than one signature for a notary!!! read more

3:01 pm on the 29th of April 2015: I just stepped into this UPS Store beside T-Mobile on 5680 Highway 6, Missouri City, Texas... the man attending the store (maybe in his late 50s) was chatting with an older lady about puppies and how cute or not cute they were... he has not attending to any business of hers. Anyway, I said hi and just stood there and waited. The man would not look at me and continued with his chat without bothering about the customer (me) waiting to be attended to. I looked at my watch... and kept looking. After exactly 5 minutes, I walked out. As I walked out he turned... looked at me and continued with his conversation. I could not help but wonder if this man would have treated a white customer the way her treated me. Of course I am black. He was not even "white"... he looked Asian. What an America! read more

The 5680 Hwy 6 UPS location in Missouri City, TX is THE BEST location I have visited. They have the ability to assist with so many different services that I was able to take care of not one but FOUR projects all in one location at the same time! Now I did have to step to the side a few times because I did not want to frustrate any other customers with my long office list but even letting people go ahead occasionally still enabled me to get through in a timely manner. I was able to fax, scan, email, receive document, notarize documents, get my passport photo done and the list goes on. I normally only shipped! So glad I asked about what else they could do. I rarely leave reviews on Yelp but this UPS Store is amazing. Reema goes above and beyond to make sure my packages get delivered on time. She picks up my packages from my house promptly with only a few minutes notice. Just last night, I was on my way to the airport and realized I left some important items at home, I called the store to see if they could pick up the items and ship them to my destination. I have always been able to call in advance to see if the mail was delivered and if I have something important in my mailbox. I would've given 1 star, but they were able to fax an important document that I couldn't fax at home, so they get credit for that. Just like others have stated, the customer service here is subpar. The woman behind the counter was just unfriendly. I started to wonder if I happened to come minutes before close to warrant her dryness. But nope. They're open for another hour and a half. Here's a tip, if someone calls to verify where you're located, and they say "thank you" after you tell them (dryly, of course), don't just hang up in their face.
