I've never had a negative experience in the almost 7 years of using this location. Everyone is knowledgeable and quick.

Unfortunately my experience was much like the others who said similar things. I had a return that didn't require special packaging according to the merchants return instructions. The item was a pair of shoes, in a shoe box. The young man working the return abruptly told me that it needed additional packaging, and then went on to say "If anything happens to it it's not UPS responsibility". It was surprising that a carrier being paid to safely deliver a package would be so quick to absolve themselves of that responsibility. Being that he is younger, I believed this to be a training issue so I mentioned that he should work on his customer service skills for how he says things. He'd already printed the return label when the other young man working there chimed in and told me I could take it to Macy's and return it there. I'm aware, but I'd chose to return it here out of convenience. It was made clear by these statements that this location would prefer not to handle returns and is not interested in changing how they speak to customers. read more

Beware of Overcharging for Notary Services I've been to this UPS Store location three times, and two of those visits were for notary services. Both times I noticed they charged me not only the notary fee but also a separate "miscellaneous" charge that made the total way higher than expected. The first visit was for a simple two-page document--they charged me $25, which seemed off. I thought maybe it was an error or a one-time thing. The second time, again just a two-page document, I was charged $27. Both times, a portion of the charge was labeled as "miscellaneous," which was never explained. To compare, I later went to a different notary who charged me just $10 for a three-page document--no extra fees, no surprises. When I told them about my UPS Store experience, they confirmed that what happened sounded like overcharging. I've reported this to the Texas Notary Public office. If you're in need of notary services, I'd recommend going elsewhere. This location is clearly taking advantage of customers who may not know what the standard fees are supposed to be. read more

My experience at this UPS store was amazing! I had to ship a ton of boxes off to new york for college and Linda helped used condense my boxes from 10 to 4 out of the kindness of her heart. She wanted to help us save money and she helped us do it so we didn't have to spend thousands of dollars on shipping all the boxes. She was so pleasant and kind throughout the whole process. Went to go drop off a package on Sunday. I get they close early on Sunday's I came at 3:58 when they close at 4. Dude at the front desk had the nastiest attitude when I asked if I could just drop off this one package, wasn't even 4 yet. He was light skin with curly hair and a beard. read more

I was in this UPS store this morning to make a return that turned out to be much more difficult than what I had expected. I was confused and frustrated, but then Linda came to the rescue. She was kind, generous of spirit, and helpful in every way. She helped me to maneuver through a very difficult process between a seller on Amazon and Amazon Customer Service. She calmed me right down and we were able to make the return. I am not a person that would normally hug a stranger, but I was so moved by her kindness that I asked to hug her. She is the kind of person that I would like to have as a friend and you are blessed to have as an employee. I hope you will find a way to reward her for a job well done. The employees couldn't be any less interested in customers. They charge to tape your package!!! We already paid for shipping! Odd that one of the most used supplies by a store of this nature would need to charge for tape. Note only that. A few weeks ago, I got a UPS package delivered to the wrong address- meant for someone in Rosenberg (not even close to me). I took to this store to have it sent to the proper receipt. They told me they wouldn't accept it and that I had to take care of it. Confused why a package delivery company won't accept a package they improperly delivered, instead telling me to handle their business...? read more

We used this store to pick up electronic instruments we purchased from a local auction. The were able to complete basic disassembly of the devices to make them fit in boxes. The boxes were properly sized, each unit was bubble wrapped and the box filled with peanuts. The quality of the packing was good. read more

Came by on a Saturday for an Amazon return. I checked their time to make sure they weren't already closed and it said they close at 5pm. By the time I got there at 4:15pm the gates were down and I was told they shut down all the computers. I told them that they need to change their time online because it's saying they close at 5pm. I had to drive another 15 min to another UPS store to do my return. Won't be coming back here for sure. read more

Very worst in the nation. No phone/internet signal anywhere in this UPS Sienna Plantation store that are essential for any UPS stores. There is no way we can get the internet connection and get/show the UPS return QR code to ship the package. I went to have a few documents notarized and Linda was very professional and made sure the process was complete on her end. She even asked me to review the notary input for clarity and correctness. I also had to have witnesses and she had staff on-hand to help with that requirement. She and the staff were very pleasant and got the job done. I would recommend this location to take care of business needs. This location is high traffic and the staff will get you in and out as quickly as possible. If not for the convenient location, this is a one star business. We have stopped by a few times to ship Amazon returns. There is always a line and they seem to station one employee at a computer that does not seem to be doing anything. The employees are not friendly. The last time we stopped in, they wanted to charge us $1.00 to "finish" taping a shipment. This seemed excessive for a few inches of tape that I did not think was needed. I just purchased a $5.00 roll from them and used a few inches instead. This seemed to irritate the employee, who I believe was the manager or owner. So, we will continue to go there, but only because it is so close to our home. The FedEx location closer to Sugar Land has much better service. read more

I needed a notary and went in to ask if their's was in on a Sunday. The girl Madison said "no" and that they were the only UPS open on Sunday. We drive 5 min down HWY 6 to the Riverstone location and surprise they are open and the notary was on duty. There's no need to lie. 2nd visit the line is out the door with people and the guy at the desk is rude and pushy. Just not a place I want to give business to or walk past for that matter. They charge for everything. Printing a packing slip. Taping a box. Will be more inclined to visit another UPS location over this one even though it's closest to our house. read more

This store sucks! Avoid this store! First and last time I use this store. Went in to ship my package and the guy at the counter said " Oh, it's a dollar to put tape on the box". I was like "WHAT!" Usually at other stores they will put tape on the box for you or you can use their tape to close the box at no charge. I will never do business here at this location again. I don't think they should be charging for tape. I will investigate this with UPS of the bad practices they are doing here at this site. SMH ‍ read more

This location is the worst. I keep giving them a chance and I get burned every time. This most recent time they sold my daughter on over $100 shipping charge for a $5 package. When we called to see if it could be stopped- they didn't answer the phone for over 20 mins and when they finally did they said "no problem, we can stop the package- just come in with receipt". Daughter heads over just to get there and the package is gone. "Oh sorry the pick up came over an hour early ". The last time I trusted them before this they mislabeled a package I sent to Canada- it was a gift - $30 in shipping charges and my parents had to pay another $30 in customs and excise to get the package. Go anywhere but this store!! read more

I love this location - near my home, the hours it's open are always suitable to my schedule and the staff is always super nice. I receive and ship things from here frequently and have never had a problem. I also used the fax service once as well. WINNER! read more

On the plus side, the employees are usually pretty friendly. However, the ridiculous fees are pushing me to go back to Post Net at the corner of 1092 and Hwy 6. -$50 charges for using red ink on Christmas card envelopes.. I went to PostNet, no charges -$1.19 printing charge for 1 piece of paper -$3.00 for a 12" piece of tape...tape, no box! Convenience isn't everything! read more

I am sitting here at 8:20am the store is set to open at 8am there are several other cars sitting in the parking lot and no workers. The cages are still down around the work space and the lights are off. Soooo unprofessional and a waste of the customers time and gas. I had a package that was lost. I had insurance and filed a claim. I was told to expect the refund several different times. Every time I returned there was always some excuse why they didn't have the refund. Finally I filed a complaint with the corporate office who stated they never received the paperwork for my claim from the store. The corporate office had to contact the store to get them to forward the paperwork. When the corporate office received the paperwork they forwarded the refund to the store and told me it would be at the store by yesterday. Today I went to the store and was told they had not gone through the mail yet. Ridiculous! Never going back after I finally receive my refund. read more

These people don't even deserve a star! My boss went in today to get some invitations printed and she was promised they would come out great and just like she wanted them 5x7! I swear, they did such a poor job! Not to mention they were printed in poor quality paper and they stated they didn't have a paper cutter, so they used scissors!!! We swear a preschool kid would do a better job at cutting! Not only did they not cut straight lines but they cut off the words on the invite! It was such a disaster! When my boss complained, the girl assisting didn't feel they were that bad and advised her to go elsewhere then! Talk about poor customer service! Needless to say, we wasted a trip and wasted time! I used to come to this location to mail personal packages or drop off amazon returns, but probably no more! They wanted to charge me $1 to tape up a box, one small strip, which would close the Amazon return box! I've come here before with no charge to return an Amazon item, incl tape! They said that your envelope is a kind of old and hence need a new envelope forcing me to buy their supplies with a hefty price. Don't trust them to send your packages. I've tried Shipping from the store twice and each time my packages did not arrive where they were going. Waste of time and money and they do not take responsibility for your packages. If I could give them a half of a star that would only be because they greeted me when I walked in the door. read more
