I shipped a package to Canada from the Moon location UPS Store: I asked specifically to have all charges paid up front. I was told that that was no problem. When delivered, my recipient was asked to pay $28 to receive it because it had been shipped "COD." I called this location to ask for an explanation, and they said that there is nothing they can do because that's just how Canada is. I explained that I had said when I shipped it that I absolutely did not want it shipped COD (and I paid over $40 for shipping myself), and they said that there is nothing they can do. I have shipped packages to Canada for 25 years. This never happened with USPS or FedEx. When I shipped through a different UPS Store previously, I told them the same thing about paying all charges up front and did not have a problem. So, my own thoughts from this experience is that this location either 1. does not know about customs fees, or 2. they know about them but don't know how to charge them to the shipper so they just lied to me to get the sale. Either way, this was a very bad experience. I won't be using this location ever again, and I may avoid UPS entirely in the future. read more

This is a first for me. I often use UPS, different locations. I had a return label sent to me, and had it on my iphone. I showed the counter person the QR code on my phone and she told me to email it to her store. There is a charge of $2 to email that to her. What the what!!! No one else at this location had done that. She said it was not something new so why. I go to a satellite location, emailed him the qr code and I was on my way, Packnship in Aliquippa is fine with me. I hope the owner gets a stipend for these shipments. read more

Team was nice and answered questions however they literally look one hour to box 3 packages. Borderline embarrassing. I use to like UPS stores but their franchised stores are poor at best. read more

Worst business in Moon Twp. $110 to pack and ship a trumpet to CA. Upon hearing this I packed it myself for about $10 and shipped via US mail for $26. This place is RIPOFF CENTRAL. read more

Everytime I'm in there everyone is so friendly. I went there today though to get finger prints, the employe seemed as he knew what he was doing but I'm not second guessing it... My new employer did not make me aware of the fact that ink finger prints aren't acceptable but told me ups was an option if they still did them thinking they were only digital! They also said they should have never did them the way they did it let me leave the store with my finger prints so yup I'm out $40 so don't waste your time going to ups for work finger prints. read more

Really like this UPS store. The staff is very helpful, and offers recommendations on shipping choices. They have just about all the supplies you need. They also have numerous services to assist a business. Been going here for years. read more

I arrived this morning for my notary appointment at the location, date & time noted in my confirmation, only to be told no notary was available! Since what I needed notarized is time-sensitive, it would have been really nice to know this ahead of time. Terrible customer service! read more

I feel that the customer service is below standard. I have returned many things to this location from Amazon and they have created a label but Amazon has never received the item. The ups tracking number is used to track the package but by some mystery the package never gets to Amazon. The package never gets shipped but they make a label. This location said they can't do anything about it, they say it's up to Amazon..I think that things are coming up missing. I had to contact Amazon for a refund even though Amazon never got the item, shipper beware of this location. read more

This ups store is the worst! The older employees are very rude!!!!! Ive never been to a store with such rude employees. Just avoid this place use the Robinson store or FedEx. I asked for a cart and the cart was junk nearly lost my boxes in the parking lot. read more

The UPS store has printed off shower decor and invitations, and various other of our needs (customized cards, etc), and has assisted in our shipping needs. I highly recommend the this UPS store! The owner of this store screamed at my 2 year old child because he was pressing the buttons on the credit card machine, not rough either! She did not ask me, the parent, to have him stop. She just started yelling at him. After yelling at him she proceded to reach across the counter and rip the pen he had in his hand. It was so rough and quick, it jerked my child's arm and mine. (I was holding him) When I tried to file a complaint, she said she owned the store and she doesn't give a damn what I think and that there was nothing I could do about it.
