This location is sucks.when i try to do print 3-4 pages a3sizes guy tellin me they cant do it.they said u have to use other machines but other machines not allow to you choose specific dimensions.i need print on same paper 2sides a3 but guy event dont understand what im asking about!never coming back again! Finally a 2nd cashier emerged and then my cashier was more concerned about being on his phone than handing me the bag with the products I purchased. Next time I will just use Amazon. read more

Am I trippin? Five stars for Staples? A direct competitor for my fave company Dunder Mifflin no less?... Yes! my experience here was painless and easy on the wallet. I needed some postcards printed for an upcoming event and Staples had the best deal; 25 cards for $25! I was told it would take a few hours and sure enough a few hours later, I'm notified that my cards are done and they look great! The printer let me know they accidentally printed 50 cards, but still only charged me for 25. What a steal! I do come here a lot for every day office needs, but this was my first printing experience and it will not be my last! read more

I have been here multiple times and I have not met a single nice employee... especially with the Amazon returns. If i was Amazon I would take away my returns from this center because it is AWFUL and makes me not want to come back or do any returns here. read more

Custom print shop that doesn't do custom prints? Could not believe the rudeness of the woman (Becca) working the print center counter. Aside from the ridiculous minimum quantities and size restrictions (minimum of 25 invitations and unable to print anything on 5x7 paper??) I was told "I do not have time to spend three hours creating your order today" I'm sorry -- if it takes you THREE hours to input an order, you have some serious efficiency issues going on with your system. I was getting 20 things total printed and I didn't even need them for over a week... Total joke and waste of time. It was very obvious they just didn't want to do the job. read more

I've used the printing services at this location twice in the past 6 months. Their customer service is horrible, the employees have been rude and are inconsiderate of their customers' time. My first time using them, I was ordering my wedding invitations. When I went to pick them up AFTER my scheduled pickup time--half of them weren't ready, they didn't include the envelopes that we paid for, and the ones that were ready were all cut WAY off center. I just used them (by mistake) again this week to print my Christmas cards. Went to go pick them up, they weren't ready. They moved my original pickup time to a completely different day. When I went to my email to check if they were ready, my scheduled pickup time was later than I was told. I will say, I did call and ask for an earlier pickup, and the lady I spoke to did move it--however, when I went to get them, AGAIN they were all off center. They reprinted them, but I had to wait over an hour to get them. Very disappointed and will definitely not be using this location's printing services again. read more

Professional nice patient staff, Quality products, best service ever. Go there, use this place, you will be happy. This is the best place ever to meet business or personal needs. I went there for business cards, printed QR codes, postcards, beautiful labels, plus my passport pictures. The employees in this place did everything for me. Steve, Christin, and Coronales did helped me get my custom prints and created a profile for me. . If there is a coupon or a way to provide you with discount , they will do it for you. Every time I come into this store the sales associates have been wonderful. Today was an especially nice visit, but over the phone. Brandon was so incredibly helpful and patient with me while ordering a poster to be printed. Kudos to Staples for having some quality employees. I bought a high quality office chair that the associates put together for me in store. The chair is for my mom that just had lumbar fusion surgery. When we got it home it turned out that it hurt my mom's back and she wanted to exchange it for another chair. Brad was very kind and let me exchange without any hassle and helped me get the chairs in and out of the car easily. I appreciated it so much and I know my mom does too. When you have a major surgery and you're in a lot of pain, the last thing you want to deal with is a troublesome exchange process and luckily I didn't have any problems. I drove all the way from my residence in Hendersonville to pick up some of my business cards, and I was very satisfied with their customer service! There was a sweet lady there and it was her first day, and per her apologies, I assured her I'd had my fair share of customer service jobs and she was doing amazing! The gentleman training her told me about a program they've implemented to help support local businesses, so I signed up with them and have not regretted it! I go here and very helpful and friendly, about the only place where i live that still has fax services! Please dont get rid of that! I know i know i could use my printer, but that would cost me more time and money than going to fax documents when i can and needed. read more

bought business cards. The printed cards did not look like the on-line version. They stated 24 hour delivery which turned into several days... Then I had to wait in line a long time just to get my cards. Never again. I will use VistaPrint next time. read more
