Told me I had to go to the distribution center to pick up packages. Called distribution on monday just to be told my packages were at the UPS store and that the employee was new. Went back on Tuesday (driving from manistee) just to have the same worker tell me again that they are not a pick up point. And again got extremely rude. Another worker finally asked our name and got our packages while the other employee continued to berate us telling us they don't handle packages. After this experience I will never work with them again. Not looking for a generic apology. After reading other reviews it seems this is a trend with you.
