Ups store in New Milford is always great I went Saturday 12/20.& The person working was already amazing & helpful. Today 12/21 I went back and Lee especially helped me. I was not even sure it was possible to change my delivery to a sooner date. It was and he helped me find packages & actually allowed me to help him find both boxes. He helped me changed the dates for sooner arrival. He was very thorough by making sure to cancel the original and do the correct shipping for my new request. Thank you thank you!! read more

Returned two packages from amazon and got charged $2.50 plus tax for a little piece of tape. Otherwise would have had to drive all the way home for tape,8 niles each way. Also this location is poorly stocked on packing material. Danbury location is much better. Avoid this place if you can. Owner is penny-wise and pound foolish. read more

This is a privately owned UPS (their words). Their PRICES are not UPS PRICES, prices are established by themselves. Therefore, a package that a direct UPS office DELIVERS in two days for $72, this store will deliver for $168, and only guarantee arriving to the border of the country in 6 working days. All facts from today, confirmed in person and re-confirmed that I have the information correct by phone. Driving 10min. to Danbury for an authentic UPS branch is recommended. read more

Its quiet and its clean, its a large space. I have only been here to print and drop off returns- they did NOT tell me about the computer usage fee, either time I went to print from their computers. Maybe something you should let people know. Cus they didnt charge me the fee the first time I went. But did the second time I went that same day. Just seemed to be that you threw that in there because you were bored. I wasnt too happy about that. One strike against you for now. We will see if I ship anything meaningful. Rudest lady I ever met, I asked if I could tape my package up she grabs it and puts it on the scale. Oh you don't have a label yet. No, I have an account I was going to use. Well we don't do that here you have to go to the hub.. and proceeds to drop my in secured box with $9k worth of parts on to the counter and walks away!!! Don't use these piece of s@&t people!!! If you've been to any of the many UPS Store locations, you know that they charge a little more than you might expect for shipping supplies. I don't fault this location for that. What I have come to love about this specific spot in New Milford that everyone there is always very polite and helpful. I dropped off a bunch of pre-labeled packages today at this location. You would think that with how crazy the amount of business they are doing in the midst of a pandemic around Christmas, they would have much to be salty about. But the two employees working with customers were delightful. I have had much worse experiences at other UPS Store locations (and FedEx locations). Not here though, they're great! read more

I do a lot of business with shipping and I have to say the worse experience I have ever had. At a time like this I try to get in and out with as little time as needed and I had a return label from amazon and the box it was sent to me in and any UPS store I ever used takes the box with out any issues and sends me on my way. This store wanted to charge me for tape to seal the top of the box. So I took my package back with me and will not do any business with them at all. They for get with out people like my serif they have no job so customer service is important specially when companies are struggling at a time like this so I tried to use a local business but wow won't miss them if they close their doors. read more

They were letting customers in without masks on and after waiting 30 min in line (on top of the time spent waiting in the car for the maskless customer to leave) was told that I should have put my packages in a random box in the corner of the store and wasn't able to have it scanned in and given a receipt. read more

Fantastic store! Everyone who works there is friendly, the Manager, Danny, was especially helpful and gave great customer service! Was in there when a customer got upset and was yelling, but the staff handled it nicely and treated other customers as if there was nothing wrong. Couldn't think of a better way to handle it.
