I received a package that I was supposed to refused but wasn't given the opportunity because the UPS driver dropped it on my porch and didn't wait for me to refuse delivery. So I took the package to this store and they returned the package for me with a "refused delivery" note on it. I had such a pleasant experience here today. The interaction was so quick, I didn't even have a second to take any pics! I came in because of an Amazon return. This is the closest UPS store to my house. The drive was only about 10 minutes. This storefront is very big and spacious! Lucky for me, there was no line. There were two cashiers so I was helped right away. Our cashier had the kindest smile & was sooo sweet. It always helps when you walk in and see a big smile! :) Amazon is making returns easier which is nice so all I had to do was walk in, show the cashier a code to scan and then they hand you a receipt and you're good to go. They box it and handle all the rest. I'll deff be back to this location for the rest of my returns or shipping needs in the future! read more

Not only did I want to write a review about the excellent customer service I received at this UPS store today, but I also wanted to make sure that Thomas Diop, the owner, was acknowledged for going above and beyond. I had ordered a hitch for my car online, and after it was delivered (and my mechanic already had my car on the lift), the package was opened only to find that the wrong hitch had been sent. I was sent the UPS label to return the hitch, however due to the weight and size of the package was unable to remove the package from my car without assistance. After explaining the situation to Thomas, not only did he carry the package from my car, but he also made sure the necessary return documents were in the package and ensured that the package was properly labeled and ready for return shipment. And I need to add, he did all of this with a smile. I am extremely grateful to him for his help today and highly recommend this store to anyone in need of shipping. Thank you again Thomas! read more

I purposely waited a few weeks before writing this review to ensure that I wasn't writing it in a rage. Anyone that has had to have legal paperwork processed and have them signed and shipped and signed and shipped again, all while paying not only for the shipping but also for legal services should definitely understand my anger and frustration with the story I am about to tell. Myself and my partner use the mailbox service at this location because of the simple fact that we didn't want to lose important packages that may be delivered to our personal address and end up being stolen or "Lost." In February, I had the initial paperwork delivered to our mailbox that is not in my name. This is important to remember. It will come back into focus later. The final set of legal documents are finally ready and were delivered on June 9th. I was busy that week, so I didn't get to go by the store until June 16th. At this point we were told that the papers were not delivered, and they checked the computer with the tracking # and they have no records of it being delivered. It was at the end of the business day so we left as they stated that they would investigate it and inform the manager. I called the following day and spoke to the manager, and she stated that she checked, and they do not have any records that it was delivered, even though USPS.com stated that it was delivered. She recommended that I open a case with the USPS. So, I did. They verified that it was delivered and then I opened a lost item case which came back with verification that it was delivered. Now its June 23rd and of course, who wouldn't be even a little annoyed. On June 27th I was definitely fed up and wanted to find out exactly what happened to my papers that I was now working on for over 6 months. I called the post office, and the UPS store a few times that day. The Post office was no help as I couldn't even get anyone on the phone. I finally called the UPS store and lost my cool, asked who I needed to yell at or sue to find out where my paperwork was because this was all unacceptable. The conversation was longer than one line to say the least. I hung up with the intention of heading to the store and getting an answer that made sense. Literally 5 to 7 minutes later, I received a call back from the manager stating that they had FOUND my papers!!!!!!!!!!! I thanked her and hung up. I went to the store that evening to pickup my papers and really wanted to know why they couldn't find it before I had lost my cool. The manager stated that the name on the envelope was not what was on the account.......... So they put it somewhere else.........At which point I replied that this is not the first time I have had items shipped to the mailbox so what made this time any different, I could literally see it in her face that she did not care nor wanted to hear anything that I had to say and all she did was nod her head listening to me vent my frustration. I would have accepted an apology at this point and called it a day but at NO point did I receive an apology. Even when She called me to state that she had found the package. All I wanted was an apology. Please tell me if I am being unreasonable here considering the situation. I worked in the customer service business for over 15 years and this is not how you deal with customers. How hard is it to say sorry. Mistakes happen but to not be human and admit fault is wrong. This is all I have to say, and this is my story. I went back to my call logs and emails the confirm my timeline so that I didn't exaggerate anything. I have my receipts. read more

I brought in two items, watched the guy weigh, measure. assign tracking numbers and charge me almost $114 to box and send my items out. Unbeknownst to me the tracking numbers were changed and new weights given to my items. My packages arrived at their destination. One of them, was "disassembled", under the authority of the owner, Carl. The item was broken by the UPS store to fit in a different box than I paid for. I called UPS about it and they stepped back and told me I had to deal with the store. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THOSE CROOKS. They also owed me a refund on the original shipping fee, and if I hadn't caught it- they would never have told me. The owner of this business is rude and unprofessional. He needs to learn how to speak to customers to retain them even if he isn't making money off of them at the time. With good customer service they may come back in the future if treated properly. I came into the store and asked for an envelope for a prepaid package he gave me an attitude and he rudely informed me he is privately owned store and wasn't making any money from this. I'm not aware of how he gets paid if he has to pay for supplies etc. but he was so rude and nasty about it I returned them to him and went elsewhere. Terrible customer service. Very impolite manager/owner who does not seem to invest any value in having respect for strangers. I called for directions to their UPS, only to find I was looking for a different UPS and found them to be extremely unhelpful, even after I explained I was in a bind. Ultimately I was hung up on after being told they didn't have time to deal with me, and when I called back to speak with a manager, the man refused to give me names and I ultimately found out HE was the owner of the store! It was the owner of the store who hung up on me the first time, and after telling me to call the head offices in San Diego if I wanted to complain, he hung up on me a second time!
