The box was too large to stick in the UPS drop boxes so I got on the website and found this awful place as an authorized drop spot. The man working (the owner?) was so rude and nasty. He lectured me about stealing money from him by using a prepaid label. Said I was driving him out of business. So I was supposed to throw out my free shipping and pay him to ship it for me?! I don't get it. If UPS isn't reimbursing you to be a drop off maybe reconsider the choice to offer that service. And no offense but if there wasn't free shipping I would have gone to the post office, not some over priced shady shipping business in a terrible strip mall where the homeless congregate. No idea why I needed a lecture about his failing business for using a prepaid label sent from the recipient. He gave me this flyer and threw my box in the back. (See attached photo).
