I also ordered a picture calendar never received a notification it was ready for pickup so I went in and they hadn't even started it even though it was supposed to be done 2 days ago. Rented a car haul trailer in May for 1 day…read more Picked it up about 8pm on Friday and was told more than once by the store employee that as long as it was returned before the store closed at 9pm the next day there would be no charge. I rushed to make sure to meet that window and dropped it off about 8:30pm Saturday. Even talked with the same employee, the parking lot was busy and full and he showed us where to park the trailer. Imagine my surprise getting a receipt the following week for 2 days charge because they showed the trailer as returned Monday morning! I filed a dispute on my credit card as well as with uhaul. They requested photos of the trailer being returned, which was NEVER mentioned for me to do until the point of dispute, and said because I couldn't show proof of trailer returned they could only offer a certificate for future use of a uhaul rental - which I have ZERO use for. Told them to check their store cameras for proof of return. The charge is now back on my credit card and I'm working on a second dispute with uhaul. Renters beware!! I will never use them again!

I strongly disagreed and took photos myself but that didn't matter to the Uhaul representative operating service center when I returned. He said they took photos too of the gas gauge prior to me leaving. No one came out to the vehicle with me when I left or returned. Now I know why, especially on the return side. Won't make that mistake again. This U-haul/Valero gas station has changed over the years for the worse. Used to be a great location but not anymore. Very disappointed.

The problem was we don't have a computer or printer so I had no way to print the label (we're on iPads here and who really prints things anymore??). So we were going to have to print at the library, which was never open when I was not working. Finally just decided to pay postage again myself because my child was getting heat for not yet sending the package. Went to post office and they had no tape. On my way to the store to get some, drove past the mailbox store and decided to go in. They took my books, provided the priority box, taped it up themselves and printed my label and gave it to the post man while I was waiting. All for the price of the priority postage I already paid. Hi, families/ parents!…read more My first son entered KinderCare learning center at Paxson Lane in Newark in 2018. At only five months old, I had many concerns sending my very vulnerable and non-speaking baby to a daycare center. My job leads me into many daycare facilities regularly. I can honestly tell you that many daycare facilities are poorly ran, unsanitary, and revolve with new staff constantly...but not this one. My son was instantly greeted with love, and compassion. I was a new parent sending my sweet baby into a building with a bunch of strangers. I couldn't think of anything more anxiety-provoking. I remember his first day, I called the center twice to check on my guy. Not only that, but they have an app where they post photos very frequently, and you can nearly see what your little one is doing all day. At the end of the day, you receive a full report of your babe. You see what they ate (or, in my case how many ounces of each bottle), diaper changes, and nap times and lengths of time. My sons first teacher became such a huge positive, loving, and educational person in his life. She is truly one of the sweetest people I can think of. I can honestly tell you that all five of the teachers that my son has been with have genuinely cared and loved him, and have strived to ensure he thrives. There was no hesitation to send our second son to KCLC at 12 weeks old, when I had to return to work. The center is genuinely a staff of family (not literally), but every single person that's there (I do know them all by name) is truly awesome. Their positivity, happy attitudes, and genuine commitment to serving our children are unlike anything I have seen at other daycares. There is truly no better feeling then dropping your child off in the morning and knowing that they will be cared for exceptionally. Both of my children are absolutely thriving and come home with new skills daily. The center has gone through so many changes with COVID, and they are going through so many extra steps to keep the children safe and sanitary. I could go on and on about our KCLC family, but I can assure you, you will not regret sending your child here.
