This business includes a U s Postal service substation for Lionville PA. Don't waste your time and risk your packages using it. I mailed a package there and the tracking show it still being there. when I inquired about it 6 days later, I just got a lot of attitude from the owner about how the USPS is a civil service so you shouldn't expect them to actually deliver it and a directive to go to a real Post Office to file a lost package claim. the owner here is very vocal with anti government views, all the while collecting money from it for shoddy service. I won't make the mistake of ever going there again. read more

Lighting by Design has used the blueprint, general printing and post office services of Reagent for over 10 years on a daily basis and this review is long overdue. Despite heavy traffic throughout the day, especially during the holiday season when their post office business is off the charts, they always push to meet our short deadlines and always do it with a smile. They are responsive and they realize we rely on them to deliver the documents so we can complete our work. Just this morning, since we are getting hit with a snow storm, they hand delivered our prints to make sure we got them before the roads got worse. Reagent Express Ctr in Lionville, PA was extremely helpful to us several days ago. We needed to get some important docs notarized asap and our bank refused to do it. They sent us to Joy at Reagent and she was a "joy" to us. We arrived a few minutes before she was to leave, but she was careful and not rushing as she went through the documents and notarizing them. She charged a fair price and did not overcharge. The other people that work there (sorry I don't know their names) have also been helpful to us I would highly recommend this center. read more

Nick and the rest of his team are hard working, eager to serve, professionals. Sure some people may not warm up as well to a couple of the team members, but they all have good intentions and want our experience to be a good one. This is coming from a 8-year customer with a mailbox on-site. Nick goes out of his way to notify me when an urgent FedEx package or other priority shipped item has arrived. They all go out of their way to recommend the most cost effective shipping methods. They have other services as well including copies, blueprints, keys, and even selling your items on Ebay for you. I always try to be compassionate to the amount of stress that is inherent to their jobs and it has been a great experience for years. read more

This place has everything you need -- copies, mailing, envelopes, boxes, etc. and they can send all ways -- US MAIL, FedEX and UPS. I'll never go to the post office again!
