Needed a notary service and Nil went above and beyond. Very timely and efficient. Will recommend to others

would i recommend = hell no !!!! 0-2 in 3mos. at this so-called ups store!!! do not leave your packages or ship anything of value with this awful establishment- they have taken my items to be returned and given me a tracking no. only to be told shortly after they never scanned jt and not responsible - i have online business and use usps 1000's of times annually and these fools lose 2 packages in 2 tries !!! beware!!!! they are not ups !!!! and when you drop your items they may pass you a "receipt" but in turn trash or even worse confiscate or "steal" your goods!!! they should be investigated for these practices and shut down like the trash they are!!! and btw very very very overpriced and wouldn't ship my products with them if they were only option than pony express!!!! rather use horses than the ups store!! read more

The Attleboro store sent us here saying they have a notary, no where does it say that they only notarize during certain hours. And when I asked the woman at the counter she said "yup you can come back between 10-3 when we do them" no "oh sorry" or politeness what so ever. read more

I've come here for mailbox services, notary, laminating, and occasionally office supplies in a pinch. The staff is fantastic and has infinite patience. They get to know you and it's nice to have multiple services available in one place. My only criticism is the strict notary timing. I understand needing to stick to the schedule due to time restraints during busy hours but if the store is empty it is a bit hard lined to stick to the schedule. Mailbox services are well priced and provide peace of mind. The store itself is kept clean and is in a convenient location. read more

I typically don't need to buy cardboard boxes but when I do I go to the UPS store. The staff at this location were friendly and the gentleman who assisted me was patient as I don't typically have to buy odd sized cardboard boxes so I had a lot of questions and needed to see a few examples before I finally made a purchase. I left the store with 5 very expensive Cardboard boxes but they'll be durable so it was worth the cost and travel to the store. The gentleman who assisted me was also kind enough to provide me an ordering key to help make my next visit to the store go even smoother. I'll definitely be visiting again as my business picks up its seasonal momentum during the summer/fall. read more

We went in recently to ship a $10k engagement ring. We had very specific instructions from insurance, and Matthew (I believe that was the name, the long haired cashier) had an astronomical attitude when I asked for it to be double labeled and double packaged (per insurance's request). I understand it's annoying to do, but there is no need to treat customers with the amount of sass that man presented us with. read more

I give the UPS store in North Attleboro an A+ for great service and product satisfaction. I recently brought in a poster to be printed after checking prices 2 other places. Salesperson, Maegan, went the extra mile to help me get exactly the poster I hoped for. She knew the printing software so well that, for a small fee, she was able to fix my design so that it would print the clearest in the enlargement. I will be bringing my future printing projects to this store because of the exceptional service that I received! read more

Don't ever use them. We shipped a package that was supposed to be there by Mother's Day and it didn't make it. Was told by the manager that "that's the post office". Spent almost $100 to make sure it was there in time. Stay away! read more

I brought a painting to be packaged and shipped that was 18" x 24". UPS gave me s price of $85!! I mentioned to the employee that I was surprised it would cost so much money and I stated I may try USPS ( the post office). She said I can tell you what they will charge you without you even going there. She looked up on a chart she had and told me it would be well over $100.00 if I decided to bring my business to the post office. I just did not believe her because that hasn't been my experience in the past so I went for myself with my painting in a cheap box with bubble wrap to protect it. The post office charged me $39.00. Not only is UPS very much overpriced they actually blatantly lied to me to try and get my business. I will certainly never go back as they have proved to be untrustworthy. read more

Proper training needed with the two young women working there. Processed a return via amazon, which normally, I bring to the UPS store without a label or box (as directed by Amazon), they scan the barcode on my phone, place the product in a basket, and the transaction is complete, and I instantly get an email from amazon confirming my return was processed. Today I was told they would not scan from my phone and I needed a printed label and a box, or I would be charged. Went back home, printed the label and barcode necessary, brought a box, and screenshot the section where Amazon states I do not need label or box. They told me that I was incorrect, that the screenshot proves the transaction was not done (but it was, hence why I got the printed label) and still would not scan the barcode to see I was telling the truth. They took my stuff, I got not receipt, no printed confirmation that it was complete, and now I'll probably have to wait until Amazon physically receives the product to start the return process. Not really sure why they didn't choose to complete the return the way they normally do or why they would want to charge me to provide a service that claim to provide for free from Amazon. All in all, two trips, and in the end, it was done- but just an unpleasant experience. read more

The folks here are very friendly, and service oriented. I dropped a pre-paid insured package here that included an insurance form that needed a signature from an in-person UPS driver. The attendant assured me that he'd get a signature from the driver, scan the signed document then email it to me. I was tentative to do this as I was unsure that they'd actually follow through. I decided to take the attendant at his word. About 4 hours later, I received the email containing a pdf of the signed document. The UPS Store did exactly as he said that they'd do. I'm very impressed and will think of them first for my future shipping needs. Well done UPS store! Thank you for going above and beyond! read more
