This store is GOAT! Jomana is so kind and eager to help. Even though the store is really small but I guess never judge a book by its cover.

Debbie at the meadowlands seacacus knows how to say a lot of words and saying nothing while not…read moremaking sense at all. Two of my packages got lost in New Jersey and have not been found. It's like they disappearance a thin air. It's always in the same Secaucus Meadowlands facility that they get lost. So this is the main hub in New Jersey and I got the phone number from UPS, corporate offices and the call Center and she's wondering how I'm getting in touch with her mind. It's very simple. They do a terrible job and her Customer Service is absolutely horrendous and she's telling me that she is the supervisor but she's hung up on me. I gave up on the first package, but then they lost a second one within a month time. So I had to call back. I'm asking her what happens to my packages and she makes up certain scenarios. She acts like she's helping and she's getting Security involved, but you never hear back from her and every time you call back she has something new to say without saying anything.. She's telling me that you're not allowed to ship juice or soda or any liquid without a special certificate or permit but then when I go on the UPS website, it shows that you are indeed allowed to ship it as long as you properly seal it. Then she says that UPS store is not UPS store it's a franchise and I'm like well. It's not McDonald's or Burger King so it's still under UPS. She says that they will not talk to us so I need to talk to the store that shits my product even though that store is in New York, but the last scan is saying New Jersey. Then she states that what I'm seeing with the last scans is not accurate . " she is stating that it's logical which I have no idea what that means as a consumer but she's basically saying that what I'm saying is not true and I need to talk to the store that I sent it from. She apparently sees things on her end that are not actually there because I'm seeing different stuff on my end . I keep on asking her. What is the resolution? Where is my stuff and if anyone could try to locate it because I don't necessarily want to claim money and she says again, a lot of nothing. She's condescending but tries to do it in a professional way and I could see that she's probably very overwhelmed as I hear this is the biggest hub. We're most international deliveries and packages go through, but doesn't give them a right to lose my package. I ship about 5 to 10 shipments a week and now I'm gonna have to use FedEx because this is completely unacceptable . I've asked her multiple times how I could speak to someone higher up because of how unacceptable this is and that the directors of operations need to know that they're constantly losing packages and now they're gonna lose money so I would love for someone to reach out to me to discuss this because unfortunately Debbie the supervisor in Meadowlands, New Jersey has no idea what's going on . She has told me to reach out to Corprate and tell them her name. Mine knew these people are from all different countries and have no idea what's going on either. I do understand that there's hundreds of thousands of packages that go out every week but we shouldn't be treated like just a number. I'm looking for someone to contact me to help resolve these issues with two of my missing packages .

Now it's hard and awkward to go to the store to ship things whenever I need or process my returns. Be careful from this happening to you as it's extremely unprofessional and if he asks you out keep in mind I went down that path and it was the biggest mistake of my life. The one guy (Dion) who works there is a completely big sweetheart who's professional and respectful so i recommend him always. He's also an extremely good and fast helper.

In my quest to explore the various cuisine scenes and businesses throughout Jersey City and specifically the Heights, my latest exploration was at the United States Post Office Jersey City's location. Generally speaking, I was a fan of the United States postal service; however, I felt the system and its offices were completely outdated and not in-tune with the times. Furthermore, to paraphrase a hilarious "Seinfeld" episode, "No one really needs the postal service because you could do everything electronically now...!" Very true. For my first visit to this office of the U.S. postal service, was I able to get what I needed to be done!? PURCHASE 1st-Class Mail Weighted Mail ($2.59): I needed to send out a packet that contained several pieces of mail to a former tenant. I crammed them all into an envelope and was surprised by the reasonably-low price - sweet! 20pc Buttons/Pins Forever Stamps Sheet ($14.60): If you knew me, I loved collecting stamps (a philatelist!), so whenever I needed to drop off something at a post office, I always had to check what the latest available stamps were. I wasn't as avid as I was years ago when I followed the arrival dates of collectible editions and the like. Now, I was pretty much a casual collector. On this particular date, they had these cool button/pins edition with cheery happy messages - yes! https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=48&select=SyihBLb_3bLxPaNfjZul0Q SERVICE A spirited older woman behind a thick Plexiglass counter window called me over as I was the only customer at the time, weighted my package, slapped a postage sticker on it, showed me a selection of stamps they currently had, I paid, and off I went; easy-peasy - 'nuff said! PARKING (Unknown; N/A this instance) This was an easy flat 10-minute walk from my friend's place. Otherwise, the only option was the plenty of spots along the main drag of Central Ave. and all surrounding roads - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE A small narrow space that funneled you inward towards the counter windows, there were P.O. Boxes along the side walls, a couple of mail drop-off boxes, a center writing table, and minimal postings on the walls. To be frank, this was kind of a depressing location. Decent amount of natural lighting came through the front windows and doors while soul-sucking fluorescent bright electric ceiling lights filled in the rest. There weren't any TVs nor background music. ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL Jersey City's United States Post Office location served my basic needs and would consider them again. However, the overall dungeonesque aesthetics needed a lot of help; there simply weren't any positive vibes, and I couldn't wait to get back outside. Having said that, it appeared they offered all of the main amenities as other post offices I've been to and the service was no-nonsense straightforward, but this was the most dreadful of all locations I've been to. I found good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experiences was around $17.00 BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... At my most recent visit, the staff were very, very nice. They went around and asked if anyone needed help. They visited people in line to make sure they were bringing up the right things for what they needed. And the lady working at the cashier was very pleasant. This is more than I could ask for from my typical visit.
