Stopped in here to drop off an item that needed to be returned to a vendor. Stopped at this…read morelocation as it was on the way home from work. I was taking a half day, so I got there around noonish. There was one person working the store by themselves, but there were several customers. I was waiting for assistance and the store clerk waited on someone who came in after me. All I needed to do was drop my package off, get my receipt and leave. Instead I had to wait for 30 min for service. Another woman came in with chairs that needed to be returned. She was looking for some assistance in brining them in, but the clerk told her he could give her a cart to wheel them in herself. A second clerk showed up with what looked like a lunch order for himself and the guy working the counter. He did drop the lunch off and came and assisted me. The vendor had told me that I did not need to repack the item, but the store clerk said it needed to be repackaged. He was helpful in putting it in a box and didn't charge me for it, so that was nice. But overall, not sure I would come back here if I saw more than two people in there, I would definitely turn around and wait another day.
