Our request was a little more complicated than usual, but she was patient, focused, and genuinely helpful in finding a solution. What impressed us most was how well she managed everything going on around her. While helping us, she also acknowledged other customers right away and kept the line moving by letting drop-off customers know they could be helped quickly. She made us feel taken care of without losing awareness of the rest of the store. That kind of service really stands out. I have been going there for years, but I will never step foot in that place again. The owner asks actually chased me out to my car to ask me if I had any explosives in the box. I drop off boxes everyday, with the same thing in them. She has asked me that every time and every time I give her the same answer. I think if I owned a business I would get to know my customers, especially the ones who come everyday. They are rude and the lines are so long and they have no drop off area. I guess it was too much work for her and she didn't want me to come back. Done. That's the great thing about competition, lots of other choices. read more

What do I use UPS for? Well, primarily Amazon returns. Of course, they are awesome when I need to ship something to a family member or friend. The UPS Store has a good selection of boxes, tape, and all sorts of shipping supplies. They even have cards, pens, paper, etc. The staff is always kind, even if they are tired of taking returns. I've come in here for the past few months whether it's dropping off amazon returns or shipping items and every single time I get a friendly employee that is also speedy! If there are more than 2 people in line I notice they have 2 people assisting customers which is great because everyone wants UPS/FEDEX as more of a drop off spot rather than a stand in line and wait like USPS. Every associate I've encountered has been super friendly plus the location and parking lot is super convenient! read more

I was totally reamed using this store's pack and ship service. It sounded very reasonable at $20 a box, including materials. From packing one myself very efficiently I figured I had six boxes, and when I took it in they estimated it would cost about $35 to ship. Little did I know they would put three things in each box with loads of peanuts. I ended up with 20 boxes, most weighing two or three pounds, and a $1250. bill -- $400 for packing 20 boxes and $850 for shipping. It did save time but I wasn't prepared for the cost. Pack it yourself and call UPS for a pickup instead of using this rip-off place. I will say nothing was broken and it was all well wrapped in bubble wrap. But nothing was broken in my box either. The problem is their incentive is basically to generate more, bigger boxes. Plus they're a franchise so they charge more than UPS regular rates. read more

They over charge for shipping at this location. The price on the website is $10 less than the price I was quoted here. I entered in the exact same dimensions and weights as the associate at the store. I was told we don't make the pricing so I walked out. The manager there is one of the meanest people I have ever had to deal with. He is the white skinny guy. I think he was a manager. You could tell his staff was scared of him. I have never seen worse customer service ever by any person, store, restaurant, basically anywhere. I don't know how he got a job with ups or even in this position at this store. I would like to speak with a general manager about my experience with him because it was that bad. I will be contacting the other store managers in the surrounding area. Where you pack and ship really does make a difference. We've been going to this UPS Store for a little over 2 years now. The owner's name is Cindy and she is by far one of the most dedicated individuals I know. She really takes pride in her store and her employees and she really loves what she does. Cindy always greets everyone with a smile. And her attitude is infectious and is mirrored by all of her employees. In a relationship it seems as benign as this it really is the little things that make a difference. When I was pregnant Cindy had her employees to open the door for me when I brought in large packages. This little thing really meant a lot to me. This location also takes Post Office Mail. This makes running errands a lot easier when you're shipping out a large package and just have a couple of letters. My husband his business his mailbox here we get calls when packages come in. Overall our experiences here have been delightful and that's why we continue coming to this store. Most importantly it's the people that make this business. So if you like personal friendly service please give this UPS Store a try. read more
