My wife got cussed out by an employee in the print department over the phone. We escalated to the manager and he told me that he didn't hear it, we don't know who did it, and the print department said it didn't happen. I'm leaving a review to warn others of this place disrespecting customers without taking accountability. I understand hearsay is a tough thing to cut through as a manager, but they have someone in the print department that doesn't need to work in customer service and there is nothing being done. So here it is. Wife ordered from the print department for something with work and called asking a if it was there as it has not been there before when she ordered it a month back. When she called, they needed to put her on hold, once the hold stopped they said "print department". So my wife started asking if her print was there, and around 5 words in, the hold music starts again. She sat on hold a little longer before she had to hang up while getting ready for work. She called back right before leaving the house and the same man answered and immediately said "don't act like I can't hear you talking fucking shit" and immediately hung up. She didn't talk shit, she told me what has happened in an annoyed tone while she was unexpectedly thrown into hold in the middle of her talking. That's when I called and spoke with the manager. He was defensive but apologized saying that the internet was acting funny but saying he would address it. My wife went to pick up her order which was there this time. She talked to the manager to address the treatment over the phone. He said I spoke to your husband over the phone and took what his employees said as the truth as at this point, there was no name given over the phone so it's just his word against ours. Therefore this review is necessary. I hope y'all learn to control your emotions before speaking to a young woman that way. Extremely disrespectful, especially from well grown men. But for customers, this happened today. So hopefully they either control their behavior or move into a different role because you can't talk to people that way. Especially as a business read more

I was in my room and heard the package hit the porch. He could have just rang the doorbell but instead slung the box onto the porch from about two feet away. I looked out the window to find this smiley guy walking back to his truck continuing his phone conversation. This should have been a five star experience. I received FREE, next-day shipping and had some dry erase markers delivered at a very low price. We're making back to school teacher gifts. I spent $15 total. Glad I didn't order a laptop. I go into Office Depot rather frequently for most of my office supply needs and to increase my collection of "Really Useful Boxes". I can't tell you how much I love these boxes. Moving on though, the store is rather clean and employees can be helpful but I've been in on more than one occasion where folks have turned around from me when I came in and acted busy but that's ok. I was a little bit sad when I went in recently to buy my boxes and purchased the ones they had on the shelf but they did not have any additional in backstock. The reorder wouldn't happen for a few days and shipment to the store would be another few days. It's not a huge deal but overall a good store to shop at nonetheless. read more

I spent about 30 minutes in the store, the first person I saw within the first 5 minutes I was there and he was helpful. I went about looking at other items and searched out what I was looking for on my own. After I found what I wanted I went to the front to check out. No contact with anyone after that first young man. Now I waited at the checkout for around 10 minutes. No one checking the front. When I told the person that meandered his way to the front he made no apologies for the wait, just said here I can check you out. Made me mad having to wait so long and no apology.
