The man working the print department today was absolutely dreadful to work with. At first he…read morewouldn't even acknowledge that I was standing at the counter, and when he finally did he had an attitude right off the bat when I asked if he could print an image for me at a 8x10 size. Looked at me like I was stupid for even asking that and said he couldn't because they only have letter size printer paper. I then told him that I have had people here in the past that had no issue sizing down an image for me to print.. (mind you I saved my image already to an 8x10 so it doesn't matter what paper size he uses) he then shrugged and gave me the email to send my image to and once he printed it he brings it over and says "there, an 8x10 picture" like in a "are you happy now" kind of tone... and I'm just sitting there thinking oh okay so you can in fact print an image at that size and just didn't want to help me. And then I asked him where to pay for it and he literally turned his back on me and throws his hand in a "whatever" kind of motion.. I'm just appalled that Office Depot would let someone like that work there... not to mention he turned another customer down when I was at the counter... the fact that if I hadn't stood my ground and told him I've had no problem in the past before with other people he wouldn't have helped me.. is super ridiculous. Turning down customers and business is insane all because you don't like your job and don't want to be there. All I know is I will never return my business here again after that.

The service there is also a joke, as they take forever to come to the desk while sitting and talking to each other. FedEx management, please investigate this location and review their cameras. I am pretty sure your answer will be in the footage of their actions while customers are there and after they leave. Hell, I saw one leave the building while on the clock to buy items from the back of a vehicle.
