first of all i called on saturday , he got back to me sat night . he said he would be at my house…read moreat 1 pm , sunday , and he was . he gave me an estimate btween $150 or $250 . the price was $250 if i needed a new carburator . i needed a new carb , the original carb lasted about 25 years , not bad . he showed me the carb and it was all gummy , the carb could not be rebuilt . it was on it's last legs . al was a real gentleman , he proceeded to install the new carb and a full tuneup . when he was done , he pulled the cord and on the first pull it was purring like a kitten . i was very pleased . the guy does quality work , and he even had the new carb in his truck . very satisfied !

Thinking great they are all cleaned, bagged, ready for next year. I picked them up and left. When I opened the bag the coats had WHITE CHEMICAL or SOAP STAINS all over them. These coats could not be worn the way they looked. I took them back, I was told to leave them to be re-cleaned. Again the WHITE CHEMICAL or SOAP STAINS were still there. I was told to come back on Saturday when the owner was there. She told me that I should have looked at the coats initially when I picked them up and that the coats have been cleaned twice. Instead of taking ownership for their mistake of not checking when they receive them back from their outsourcing cleaner, before giving back to their PARKER CLEAN paying customer; she is passing it along to the customer. They did not take responsibly and my coats are now unwearable. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER!!!!
