Walked in around 1/2 on a Tuesday. They had two staff members working the registers. There were 3 other customers in line. I was there because I needed to return an Amazon order. This location has a self return kiosk. You scan the barcode provided by Amazon, you grab a clear bag at this kiosk, a label prints, you put the label on the clear bag, and drop it in the hole in the kiosk. Very quick and easy. The staff used to be very knowledgeable and friendly .There has been a significant difference with the new employees.One of the girls in particular has absolutely no customer service skills.She is very rude and would rather be doing anything else than helping the customers in the store.I have never had a negative experience in any UPS store until now.This has happened multiple times and business will start going elsewhere to be treated better. read more

I went asking about a printing I sent online and the lady was really rude and told me to use the computer. After I used the computer and I paid for the use of the computer and printing the lady got upset and roll the eyes to me. After I ask her what happens with the payment I already had online. I went in to conduct some business and had my children with me (5,2 and three months), the gentleman who helped me was extremely kind, thorough and helpful. He made sure he helped me in a timely manner because I had my children while still making sure I knew the services that were offered there, both personal and business. He made it easier for me since I had the kids by telling me I could call and add my business to my box instead of trying to keep my kids from acting crazy while taking the extra time it would take to add my business to the box. It was an all around great experience. The store is also very clean and well organized. It offers all sorts of printing, mailing and business services. read more

I do not usually review service type locations, but I thought this UPS was very well run. Especially considering there was only one person who seemed to be working and four different customers within the store. The employee figured out the reason for coming in, set them up where they needed to be and then went to the next person. I think I was in there for maybe three minutes. Granted I was dropping off a package to send back to Amazon. But, still, very efficient! read more

I have used this UPS store several times to ship packages and they have always gone out of their way to make it a quick and easy process. I try to have everything prepared prior to drop-off and they are ready to scan it and get it on it's way. They also have a couple of hand trucks to bring packages in from the parking lot, since they are in a strip center and you have to take it further than just a parking spot at the front door. They have even come out into the parking lot to help me load some larger boxes to ship. This location is close to many hotels and resorts, but still used by locals and businesses. They are always quick to offer help and I will continue to use their services when I need to send packages. read more

This store is located in a hotel and charge an additional fee to drop off packages to UPS. The fee is more than it is to ship a package.

Went there to get a document notarized. I was on vacation and didn't expect to need a notary while here but am the Administratrix on my parents estate. I Recently married but didn't have a new ID that had my new hyphenated last name. Mind you it does have the first half of the hyphenated name that was on the document & I had two photo IDs that have my last name without the additional hyphenated name. So was only missing the last part. Address and everything else clearly showing I am the same person as the document. Also had emails from my attorney, Administratrix court appointment certificate, death certificate and other court docs. They said I had to have a photo ID that included the additional name. Well I guess all of the other notarized documents that I've easily had completed with the same ID & less legal documentation by over a dozen notaries were all evading their duties. Thanks for the great hospitality! I'll never use UPS again. BTW I own a business that ships all over the world but will not do business with ups any longer. Update: went elsewhere and had absolutely no issues! read more

Worse UPS ever. If I could rate it to 0 star I would. I needed to print a label and they told me to print it to a computer so I used it for 1 minute and they charged me $5 just for using the computer. They did not tell me that there was a charge just for using the computer for a minute. This is a rip-off. Other UPS does not charge for that at all, only for the prints. I'm not coming back to this store ever again and will not recommend it to anyone. read more

Came to drop off an Amazon return. Service slow and attendant would not provide tape to close the top of the box, which meant I had to buy a roll from them, even though a customer which arrived and purchased a box from them they closed the box for them. read more

I walked into this store October 10th at 4:30 and asked the clerk if I could mail a simple standard paper via regular mail. Only option I was given was to buy a 50 count envelope box. I asked if he could just weigh the envelope but he said it would cost me more. Instead he sold me a 4 pack package stamp. It costed me $8.50 to mail a simple envelope. I told him that I felt I was ripped off . I always use my regular UPS store and they accommodate me much better. He said I was rude to him and maybe I had a bad day. He then told me to drop it myself in the box. I was extremely disappointed in the level of service I was getting. I told him this isn't the first UPS store I'm using and the service I was offered was inferior. He asked me to leave. I will never step foot in this store again. And I will make sure I write a review anywhere I can and tell as many people as I can about my experience. Treating customers bad is not an option and this store will learn the hard way in the long run. read more

For a UPS store, this one is one of the better ones. Andrew that works there is super friendly and will go above and beyond to help. They seem to only ever have 1 person working which can make waiting pretty bad, but it's a lot less touristy than other stores in the area. read more

I've been moving valuables after a death in the family. I took several pieces of artwork and glass items to this location to be packed and shipped to Texas. One porcelain bowl was broken in transit. Not only did they respond immediately, they were apologetic, extremely polite and took care of the problem faster than I every expected.
