This location is situated in a very tight parking location; making it during peak hours hard to manuver around at timeals large UPS trucks that either block the road and/or cant fit into parking spots creating possible hazardous blind spots to motorist and pedestrians. However, once inside the frustration of the parking is removed by the most friendly brothers that run this place. The store is neatly organized and well manicured. I am almost in and out even when I have issues on my end with returns as they are so patient and helpful to get the return or mailings out. I would suggest this location if you are near this area or even take the trip to have a easier and stress free mail out. I've been here a few times in order to conduct a Amazon return. Each time the experience has gone well. Usually there is not much of a line and when there is, the staff is usually able to take care of everyone quickly. I would use them if I ever had to mail anything out. They are located in a shopping center that does get busy so you are not always guaranteed to find a close parking space. I have not noticed what their rates are for their shipping, but I can't see them being too much different from any other official UPS stores. read more

Go to another location, this store is in a very tight parking lot, also I have been there twice in two weeks and each time my shipment gets messed up because the young man who is there doesn't know what he is doing and he has a very bad attitude, he argues with the customers. Extremely poor customer service. Young man behind the counter was extremely rude and combative. I was attempting to return medical equipment to a provider and got the worse response ever. I was given specific instructions from the equipment provider and was attempting to confirm the instructions with the staff. Oddly enough, there was no line and no wait during todays visit. The staff greeted us the moment we walked it. They scanned my QR code, gave my my receipt and thanked me for my business. I was in and out in under 90 seconds. Perhaps it was the time of day or there were just the right amount of stars in the sky. Whatever the reason, I am grateful that this visit took no time. For some reason, YELP has this review for a UPS Store in Chicago and it is not.... I listed it in Owings Mills Maryland. Anyway, If I could rate them lower than one star I would. This post is about returning an Amazon purchase. I have returned items before and was never met with this level of rudeness. I printed out a return label as instructed, and I took the box and the label to the UPS Store at 10999 Red Run Blvd in Owings Mills Maryland on June 8, 2025 in the early afternoon. I approached a young man behind the counter and explained to him that I have a return item for Amazon and I have a return label to go with it. He never asked to see the label, he just told me that I would have to purchase a bag for $6+ dollars and I would also have to pay over $6 for him to tape the return slip to the bag!! I have NEVER had this happen. Ever. You simply hand them the slip and the box and they give you a receipt. Not at THIS location. I left the store, went home, and called Amazon Customer Support. They immediately sent me a new shipping label but this time it explained that there is no charge and no box was needed. I printed it out and went to another UPS store location in Westminster Maryland. I did not want to risk returning to the same store and have the same thing happen. The young man at the Owings Mills location never even looked at my shipping label before he tried to charge me for a bag and tape. When I went to the UPS store in Westminster, I told the lady behind the counter that I had an Amazon return and I handed her the return label and she immediately gave me a receipt. I explained to her what had happened at the Owings Mills location and she agreed that is was very strange that they did that. Is this normal protocal to treat customers this way at that location? Not a great experience at Red Run UPS Store. I had to buy a $10 roll of tape because the woman who processed my mailing couldn't give me one piece of tape and she didn't think my tape job was adequate. Worse was her attitude. She laughed and sang when I complained and was condescending and totally unconcerned about me. I have had good service there in the past but this woman was not very customer service oriented to put it lightly. Really kind of belligerent, especially when I asked her name. This store popped up right up the street from my house so it's SUPER convenient. Each time I went in the staff has been polite and helpful. They offer print and copy services and you can drop off your mail for the post off there too, a one & done. I love that this store is conveniently located in my neighborhood, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they don't offer a UPS drop box right outside the store for hours when they aren't open. The parking is atrocious - tiny, narrow spaces that are always jam packed. I rarely find a spot without waiting or parking 10 stores down.
