My wife and I go here for ID and Passport pictures. The photographer is always patient and keeps taking pictures untill he gets the right one he can use. Came during lunch to get the postage for 2 manila envelopes. The first envelope he weighed and used a different type of "mailing" weight then the other. He printed out what i assume were the postage stickers for each envelope (that he placed face down) down and sat them on a back table. Said they would go out at the 2 pm pick up. I paid him and that was it. Rushing during lunch at work, im worried that 1. I was charged differently for the same envelopes and their content 2. That he didnt put the postage paid on them. He could have taken 2 seconds to do that infront of me I will not be returning to this place read more

Joe is amazing. I had to ship a large heavy package in a wooden crate with a wrong size loose cover that was not attached. Joe not only personally sawed the wood cover down to size, he also helped me nail the lid to the crate to make sure it shipped with no problems! I would never have received this level of customer service at a regular franchise carrier. Joe gave me peace of mind in knowing my package would make it to its destination. I have gone to this store on 4 occasions over the last 5 years. On each occasion my wife and I treated rudely. On 3 occasions I know I was ripped off. They charged for the most expensive shipping method when other methods were available and even those were more expensive then they should have been. I will never go there again. Months after my wife shipped something she received a confirmation email for someone else's package. When she went there to report th..eir mistake and make sure that the proper person received their confirmation she was told that it had already been corrected. But they said that before they took her name, information, confirmation number that had been mistakenly sent to her, or any other way to even know which account they screwed up. Obviously they were trying to cover up their mistake. These people are shady and not to be trusted with important or even unimportant packages. read more

I come here every couple of months to purchase large boxes for my business because it's more convenient when I need only one of a certain size. The boxes are fine, and service is generally good. BUT, the owner adamantly refuses to give me a price list for all of the various sized boxes he carries so I can know how much to charge my own customers for my shipping/packaging expenses. His reason being he was once burned by a competitor when he gave it out. Sorry, if you sell things, the prices shouldn't be a secret. All I wanted to know was the price list so I can run my own business more efficiently....sigh. read more

This store is definitely expensive. Even UPS/FedEx would be cheaper than this store. Shipped a 4.6 oz package to be arrived on the 3rd day and quoted $38. Believe me I just shipped 3 papers and an Envelop. Thanks god that I did not choose overnight that was quoted $88. And mistake happened once. I will not use this service any more. read more

This place is horrible. They charged me based on the max weight per my size box instead of weighting it and charging me the proper amount which would have been much less (charged me for 50lbs when package was only about 30lbs). When I said something about it he said that the computer was automatically charging me for 50lbs based on the measurements of the box and he could not do anything about it. I have shipped a similar size and weight package via a FedEx/Kinkos location a couple months prior and the shipping was a third of the price (they actually weighted it)! On top of that this place tried to charge me an additional $25 for insurance which should have been (and is included at FedEx) included. I seriously considered leaving and taking my package to the FedEx location in Owings Mills (where I have shipped before) but unfortunately due to an emergency at work and time constraints I had to stick with this place. I will not be back though. If you don't want to get ripped off then I suggest you go somewhere else. Very disappointed. read more
