Boy was I impressed! Whether a client or a service provider in today's world it seems like so many are overwhelmed and short on patience. At times it has been challenging to find sincere smiles and superior customer service. Today I received just that! There isn't any real designated parking--you basically pull up in front like a "drive-thru," hop out, and run in. One funny thing: every time I walk in, they say, "Thank you for using the Kiosk," whether I actually used it or not. It's become kind of a running joke in my mind at this point. That said, the staff is consistently helpful and genuinely nice. Whether I bring in an Amazon return or something completely unrelated, the guys working there always take care of it quickly and without any hassle. They're efficient, friendly, and make the whole process easy.

I had an interview with Sara Barker (owner) After the…read moreinterview, I was asked to do a "shadow shift" to see if I would be a good fit for the company. When I asked if this shadow shift was paid and if I was guaranteed the job, I was told it is "unpaid, but we will provide a gift card for your time" and that I was not guaranteed the job, that would be determined after the shadow shift. Per Florida labor laws, it is not legal to provide compensation via a gift card and anyone doing a shadow shift must be compensated at least minimum wages in legal tender (cash, check, or direct deposit). This was a $14/hr minimum wage job. These are very sketchy business practices. I wish the company the best of luck in finding reliable help in this economy at minimum wage and extremely high expectations! Save yourself the trouble and your own sanity...don't waste your time interviewing for this company unless you want to work for 2 hours, unpaid, and not guarantee yourself a job!

So another employee, Paul, came over and he rudely said "you don't have $1.37" ...he meant cash on me. I replied no and that I do not carry cash. He shook his head. A customer in the store overheard the conversation and she gave me $2 to pay. I'm sorry but if your store has a sign that accepts different forms of tender, like debit/credit cards, it is the store's job to make sure the system works properly and not blame the customer for not carrying cash. I will not come here again nor recommend this place and deter others from going here because of the rude remarks I received.
