Boy was I impressed! Whether a client or a service provider in today's world it seems like so many are overwhelmed and short on patience. I declined and she said they would cost $0 at the post office. As I gathered my packages and was about to leave, she said that it would cost me more in gas to go to the Post Office. There isn't any real designated parking--you basically pull up in front like a "drive-thru," hop out, and run in. One funny thing: every time I walk in, they say, "Thank you for using the Kiosk," whether I actually used it or not. It's become kind of a running joke in my mind at this point. That said, the staff is consistently helpful and genuinely nice. Whether I bring in an Amazon return or something completely unrelated, the guys working there always take care of it quickly and without any hassle. They're efficient, friendly, and make the whole process easy.

So another employee, Paul, came over and he rudely said "you don't have $1.37" ...he meant cash on me. I replied no and that I do not carry cash. He shook his head. I'm sorry but if your store has a sign that accepts different forms of tender, like debit/credit cards, it is the store's job to make sure the system works properly and not blame the customer for not carrying cash.
