I went back the next morning to have them pack and ship my laptop. I walked in and said, "Oh no", the line was so long and there was only one guy working. But he knocked that line down in no time at all, even though he had to rush between the line and several "technically illiterate" customers at various self-service stations. Never lost his patience, never a cross word. I'm knocking them down by one star only because I have been that helpless customer at the self-service fax and everyone just pretended they didn't see me.
