I thought, "they would have sent it with my work order number". But they had not sent one even thought they were supposed to! So FedEx saved me $60 in shipping cost before I even did anything! I went back the next morning to have them pack and ship my laptop. I walked in and said, "Oh no", the line was so long and there was only one guy working. But he knocked that line down in no time at all, even though he had to rush between the line and several "technically illiterate" customers at various self-service stations. Never lost his patience, never a cross word. I'm knocking them down by one star only because I have been that helpless customer at the self-service fax and everyone just pretended they didn't see me. That was a while ago, but I did dread going back there. This time was a 5-star experience.

Went back 2 days later for copies of large prints and he took care of me on the spot knowing the time crunch I was on. I couldn't recommend anyone else but PostNet. So another employee, Paul, came over and he rudely said "you don't have $1.37" ...he meant cash on me. I replied no and that I do not carry cash. He shook his head. A customer in the store overheard the conversation and she gave me $2 to pay. I'm sorry but if your store has a sign that accepts different forms of tender, like debit/credit cards, it is the store's job to make sure the system works properly and not blame the customer for not carrying cash. I will not come here again nor recommend this place and deter others from going here because of the rude remarks I received.
