Incompetant. Would give negat8ve rating if I could. Nothing but trouble and lies from person answering phone. Two times now had issues with them. First delivery they tell me package on hold because of no such address. Then I am told to pick alternate address so I tell them to hold at hub. Then day later I get response package was delivered on porch at 10pm. There is no package there. So I call them n am told they will have driver pick up in receiver to correct address. And someone would contact me in 24 hours. 24 hours later still no package so call them again and told oh so sorry you must file a claim. The 2nd delivery I get notification stating issue with delivery. I contact UPS and am told there is no such address. I tell them to hold ot at hub and I will pick it up there. They tell me I will be notified of the package arrival at hub. 24 hours later 1048pm I get notification that package was delivered to home address n os on porch. There is no package on the porch. So I m on hold waiting to see what the resp9nse is .. twice with orders over 200.00 each I have had issues with theses folks. Still no resolution on First issue and I am fed up. The incompetence and thievery from this unit is horrible. I am fed up. If I had my way nothing would be delivered to me from UPS ever. I am going to corporate and I will get answers read more

First and foremost I would like to warn anyone who chooses to use this store to ship anything fragile or of any value to STOP and GO ELSEWHERE!!! Now let me explain with FACTS why I am giving this store its deserved negative review. On March 27, 2019 I received a package from THIS UPS STORE which was broken in transit..FACT. Shipped were 70 plus year old St.Mary Antique glass shades which were packed (minus any label indication of fragile contents)with paper towel, plastic wrap and a thin layer of bubble wrap on the inside of the case containing the glass shades...FACT. Called damage claim and was told that an on-site inspection was unnecessary but to instead send photos which I did and were "lost"...FACT. Communicated with a very patient seller and after nearly a month was told to send more photos...FACT. Was told April 26 after repeated attempts between the seller and myself to have this claim resolved that I would get a call for an on site inspection...FACT. Got no such call..FACT. After giving this Portsmouth,Ohio UPS STORE a scathing negative review on their website(on April 30) I finally was able to actually talk to someone after receiving a phone call. It happened to be the very arrogant, nasty, unapologetic franchisee who owns this sorry excuse for a business. The call was not to apologize but to complain that I had left a bad review which was more than deserved. The customer comes first does not apply with this clown and he wasn't at all concerned about resolving my claim ( let alone taking any responsibility) but proceeded to argue with me and call me a LIAR!!! How's that for customer service? Being that I'm human and won't stand up to taking this treatment from anyone I must admit I lost my cool , but anyone with an inch of intestine or an ounce of brain wouldn't take this crap from a self serving idiot who doesn't give a damn about customer service but only lining his own pockets. I could go on and on with photos etc. but let me end this review with a few FACTS. I've no need to lie about such a trivial matter( lamps were about 400.00)...Its the principal. Had there been at least some back and forth communication I would not complain , however that wasn't the case. And to be called a LIAR by the owner of this joint is an outrage that I intend to let everyone I can know about ( He also claimed that fragile labels were not mandatory/required and called me a Keyboard Warrior...How's that for professionalism?) lastly, In the words of the great Abraham Lincoln " To sin in silence when we should protest makes cowards of us all" is so very true.
