If I could give this location negative stars I would! The previous reviews are EXACTLY my experience. For my work I travel to many cities across the Midwest and West and OFTEN use shipping services. This location is hands down the rudest, most unaccommodating, unhelpful, cheapest, I have EVER encountered. I also have experienced their "cheapness" in their unwillingness to tape without charging an unrealistic amount, as well as their computer/printing/WiFi frustrations. I have used them now several times recently and every time I walk away, I feel aggravated that I have given them another chance. If you have a choice, do NOT give them your business! read more

In the past this location was very hard to go to because the majority of employees that were working here or not as professional but today I'm not sure if he is the owner or manager but there was a bald guy standing with the employees and working along side with them, Anyhow my process was pretty smooth, I'm not sure if it had to do with the management being there or it's under new ownership , But highly share that you should give it a try again if you don't want a busy time go during the day. Was speaking to Sophie (an associate) on the phone regarding a lost package of mine that was last scanned at this Prior Lake UPS location. She was unsure how to help me so she transferred me to the store manager Kevin. He picked up the phone, told me he could not help me as he had a line of people and proceeded to hang up on me. No offer to call me back to assist. I am constantly in this store for various needs. This is probably the second review I've ever written on any company. I am extremely disappointed. Went into the store to ship a larger item. On arrival they measured the item multiple times. Said they didn't have a large enough box. I asked them to use two boxes and they said you'd need to buy two. I told them that was fine. Then comes along Cody who claims to be an assistant manger who had to remeasure and say they didn't have a large enough box. I again asked them to use two. He then said he would be $40 each and I replied okay I already said that was fine. Cody refused my package because he thought I was being rude for telling him that I've already said that the packing cost is not a problem multiple times and ask why do they keep asking the same question over and over I just want to ship the package. Cody said you can take your package somewhere else he's very unprofessional. Every time you go to this place there's an issue with the staff, being nasty, rude and snobby. When you asked for a callback from the owner, you never get it because the owner doesn't care about the business. At least that's the perception he or she gives with the lack of response about their employees, and the way that they treat their customers . In my opinion, you should seek a different location because this one cares nothing about any one in the communities business. read more

Previously I was happy with the UPS store in prior lake for meeting all my copy, fax & printing needs. Well on 4/7/2020, I sent a 13 page fax. Never in my life had I faxed that many pages at once. The fax took forever to receive & send . The fax cost 17.11. I've never paid that much for 1 fax. Well the fax pages received were crooked, missing half of the information, and not completely received. I later that afternoon & many days since have called the apv store to speak with the owner re: my unhappiness with the fax., The cost & UPS Service on this particular day. 4/7/2020. On 2 occasions when I called the apv store I heard the owner/manager telling his/ her staff member to take a message. Which I have left many. With no return call. Well I'm no longer going to any of your UPS stores!!!! Here is the copy of my ridiculous amount I paid for a fax to not be 100%. I requested my money returned in my messages. Which the owner never replied to. Terrible customer service. Awful owner skills. This is my 1st review. But I will give your store, abilities, incompetence, u customer care/concerns a 0 out of 10. Please note my receipt, date, price. As of this date I request my money returned. My phone call returned. 1 very annoyed, irratated, now ex UPS user. This is a UPS store you do NOT want to visit or use! The owner is rude and does not dress like a professional. He also said. "I AM NOT A UPS STORE I AM A FRANCHISE!" He would not return a package that should have NOT cost me money. He yelled "either pay for it or I will not return it!" I went to the parking lot and called the company who sent the box through UPS. They said peel off the label with the UPC on it and stick it over your name. I wonder why the owner did not know this information? So why does he not consider the store a UPS store and only a Franchise? Don't go here and give him business! read more

No stars what so ever today my family friend caught a video of an employee throwing a 55" tv at there sweet 3 pound dog that was on a leash does not bite wasn't barking the little boy was out side and the mother witnessed it and luckily security cameras did to. The store advertises that it opens at 9am on Saturday. I waited a while and by 9:30 I left. The place is hit or miss. When they open on time and when a good employee takes care of you it is fine. But often they open late and inexperienced staff check you out. read more

Horrible. The owner, Kevin, doesn't care about the poor customer service skills of his employees. He is rude. I was trying to avoid a UPS per box charge for business packages delivered to my home by picking them up at his UPS Store location. I explained my situation to two of his female employees, neither one bothered to tell me it was going to cost twice as much to have them delivered to their location versus having them delivered to my home address. Neither one bothered to mention a receiving fee at all. My advice to you is, if you have issues with Kevin and his UPS Store in Prior Lake, take your complaints to the Customer Service department of UPS. Although independently owned, the UPS Store still carries the UPS brand and UPS does care about their brand. Kevin refused to do anything other than offer to ship the 10 boxes back to Washington where I could have them shipped to the Eagan location if I wanted. It took talking to UPS Customer Service 2 times, 2 customer service reps and one supervisor but they are moving my shipment from Kevin's Prior Lake UPS store, a mile from my home, to the Eagan hub where I can pick up my shipment tomorrow without any fees. It killed an hour of my afternoon to make that happen. read more
