The RXO delivery was ahead of schedule by two hours. The installation and haul away did not happen. They refused to install the over-the-range microwave because we have a ceramic tile backsplash. I offered to drill any necessary holes but they declined. I was told by Sam's Club Customer Service that the disclaimer is on their website. I checked. It is not there. I don't usually write reviews like this, but I'm honestly furious about the experience I had with RXO. I ordered appliances through LG, and RXO was assigned to handle the installation. From the moment they walked in, I knew something was off. They told me they could only install the fridge because they "didn't bring the right person." I paid $400 for what was supposed to be a complete installation. How do you show up without the right team? It didn't end there. They left visible streaks and even holes in my walls--just sloppy work. And as if that wasn't bad enough, the dishwasher they installed started leaking soon after. When they removed the old one, they didn't even drain the water line, which caused a huge mess all over the floor. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. I expected professionalism, but instead, I got damage, a leaking appliance, and zero accountability. It was the end of the day, so they left a message at the warehouse about the problem. I received a text early the next morning saying that they were following up. Shortly after, I received a call from Warehouse management that they were on the way with my missing items. Fifteen minutes later, someone from warehouse management arrived at my front door with my missing items, along with a sincere apology for any inconvenience. Well first off they were scheduled 7-11 am too early so I called to reschedule 5-7 pm great then I get a texted that they would be here 7a-11a what good did it do to reschedule as it did not get rescheduled. So when they got her only one could speak alittle English. They track wet feet all the way through my house. One of the guys wiped up alittle in the kitchen where they were installing the over the range mircowave. They work fast but did not even try it to see if it worked before they left!. Then the one that couldn't speak English thought he could take my bags of Christmas candy with him. I said NO NO I offered them a few pieces from the candy bowl. He took hands full and stuffed his pockets like he never saw candy before. So I had to get my broom ad dust pan out when they left and my mop and they left install shavings all over the counter, They worked very fast in and out in 20 mins made there $129 very fast So I give the **** stars but they need to know how to clean up after themselves read more

RXO delivered my Peloton and did an amazing job! I wish I would have caught the names of my delivery guys. They called 30 minutes out to let me know they were on the way, which was so helpful. My building is notoriously hard to find, and when they got here, the ice made it so they couldn't get the truck up the steep driveway. The only other option was to take two flights of stairs. I felt so bad for them, but they were so kind about it! They carried up the heavy equipment like pros, got it situated in the right spot (and even gave me advice when picking the spot to minimize my distractions when I work out!). The RXO team who delivered our refrigerator was excellent! They were courteous and professional. They efficiently removed our old refrigerator and installed the new one, managing to get through an extremely tight door. They were careful in not marring refrigerator or walls and doors. They gave a warning before they came and cleaned up everything before they left. I couldn't ask for better service. The customer service phone line was less helpful. RXO had the wrong address on the order (a warranty replacement from LG). They refused to change it when I requested, saying only LG could change the address. LG claimed they had the right address in their system. Neither company would reach out to the other to confirm the address for two weeks! I purchased a mattress from Macy's and the delivery date was originally scheduled on December 11th and moved to the 12th, 13th, then 14th. The delivery time was scheduled between 9AM - 11AM and they were 40 mins late outside the window. The delivery guy asked if I was supposed to have a mattress because they only brought the springs. This made me wonder why they didn't check prior to the delivery and it seemed like a common issue right off the bat. Mind you, I live in Minnesota where the Winter time in December could be very cold and we were outside the entire time as I thought it was a quick fix. It was anything but. The guy called a bunch of numbers, his manager, Macy's, then back to their useless dispatch, who was a female. She was extremely unprofessional, rude, had no knowledge on how to help me, de-escalate the situation given I was respectful after a wasteful morning trying to figure out where my mattress was. She told me that I can either take the springs or leave it and I told her I had no use for empty springs sitting in my living room and for them to remove my mattress. Where the heck am I going to sleep??? On the floor??? She couldn't even answer a simple question when I asked, "what company do you work for?" She just said a bunch of other shit, "we're just a third party company. We don't work for Macy's." I had to ask her over and over again until she finally remembered what the damn company was called and said, "RXO." She finally gave me the phone number to customer service and when I called it, it never went through. No voicemails or nothing. I told the dispatch it wasn't working and all she said was, "it definitely works." I called multiple times, had the delivery driver call it too, who was the most helpful and apologetic about everything, said, "it's Saturday. They could be closed." This company was out here scamming me and everyone else. The dispatch refused to give me her name too and told me to contact Macy's. After an hour of the worst service ever, I left and called Macy's customer service. Macy's rescheduled my delivery date to December 18th now and it took some more time to confirmed it on my end. They said it was RXO's fault and were able to compensate me with $100 credit. Unfortunately, this useless company will be delivering my mattress and springs on December 18th. Lord knows if they're even bringing a mattress or springs this time around but I wouldn't be surprised if they brought nothing to my door and stopped by. I came on here to read the reviews and by no surprise, everyone had horrible experiences too. I would rate this as -1000000000000 star if that was a thing, but 1 star it is I guess. This has been the most awful delivery experience I have ever had. Appliances were to be delivered on 11/23/24. Get the automated message the night before that delivery will be between 8 and noon. 10:30 am get a call from customer service that there is a mechanical issue at the warehouse and our appliances cant be delivered. Rescheduled for Saturday 11/30/24. The delivery guys show up during the expected time frame. We mismeasured the refrigerator and had to reject delivery. They delivered the remaining 3 appliances and asked a question we found odd. 3 prong or 4 prong outlet... We ordered a gas range which shouldn't matter. Turns out that they sent an electric range and 3 or 4 prongs does matter. We asked the delivery guy 4 times if it was a gas range and he said yes 4 times. Maybe thats not his responsibility to know, but then he shouldn't have said yes. He should have said he didn't know. We would have rejected delivery for the range as well. Now I've had an electric range in my living room for a week now. Got the call yesterday that they were supposed to pick it up between 8 and noon today. I get a call from RXO at 11:15 am that their truck broke down and that they cannot pick up this range until Monday. What kind of delivery company runs a business this way? Does the local branch only have one truck? Same customer has been told about mechanical issues at both the warehouse and the truck for the same order! This is the epitome to ridiculous! They don't do pickup or delivery on Sunday so I must pray that somehow the broken truck is magically fixed tomorrow so I can get this massive box out of my house on Monday. I might have better odds of winning the power ball lottery tonight! And, even though I am the one who was inconvenienced, I have no say in my pickup time on Monday. So I need to stay home from work or else wait until next Saturday and be stuck with this box for another week! On top of all that, the refrigerator that we rejected on 11/30 still does not show back at the warehouse. So my refund is in limbo. Worst part of all is that I ordered the correct refrigerator and am forced to use RXO through Samsung. So I am expecting this same hassle right before Christmas too. Delivery was supposed to include set-up and packaging removal. The package (table) was delivered but they did not unpack, did not setup the table, and did not remove the packaging. They marked the project complete and did not provide any refund or discount for partially completed services. A very frustrating experience. $150 for White Glove Delivery and Setup. There were some good and not so good things with my RXO experience. RXO is our LG Electronics local deliverer. On the plus side the delivery men were great. It's not easy getting into my kitchen and they managed well. They removed some door hardware and replaced it before leaving. In general the communication was good and I got a phone call about 45 minutes before their arrival. They delivered within the scheduled delivery window. The not so good: 1) the online chat person was absurd. She refused to tell me what was expected in preparing my old refrigerator for pickup because I wasn't willing to type in my name, complete delivery address, and order number (too much typing). I told her I'd figure it out myself. 2) After the delivery guys left I realized my refrigerator was not level. Also when opening the freezer, the whole refrigerator starts rolling out. I would think my "white glove service" would have taken care of this. Now I have to download the full manual or consult Dr. YouTube to figure it out. 3) My LG order email said my refrigerator would be delivered January 11. However RXO had January 22 as the earliest date available. I even received an update email from LG on the 22nd stating in part that my delivery was scheduled for the 11th. RXO and LG need to coordinate their timing better. read more

Wish I could give less than a one for this company. NOT HAPPY with their service at all. Was supposed to have a White Glove Delivery for a mattress set that included removing old mattress. They not only didn't remove old mattress but they left the new set blocking the entrance to the bedroom. I tried for two weeks to get a time/date that I would be available for delivery but was told they would call me. They didn't. They only left me an email with new date/time - had I been home they wouldn't have gotten away with such shitty service. Worst service ever! Absolutely terrible....this is now the second item I had to get delivered from this company. If you want to wait 1month or 2months or longer to get an item you purchased the use this company. They were going to deliver my product after a month of it just sitting in their warehouse I called to try and get it sooner the were able to bump it up 1 week. Night before it was supposed to be delivered I got a text saying it needed to be rescheduled. So I called and they automatically rescheduled to what would have been almost 2 whole months of my item sitting in their warehouse. I expressed my concern and frustrations and they still were not able to do anything. Now its the week of again and I keep getting texts from them saying they will deliver Thursday then the next one says Friday now I got 2 texts with an hour of each other saying confirmed for Thursday then the other said confirmed for Friday. I just cannot with this company. The next item I order that is delivered through this company I will be sure to cancel. Updating my review since item has now been delivered. First I want to shout of to Thomas at RXO for reaching out this morning via phone as well as email. Thank you for seeing and understanding my frustration and for addressing it. this company is the most disorganized, pain I have ever had to deal with. I ordered a peloton bike, and scheduled delivery for a Monday. only Monday and Tuesdays were available for months. my wife and I work, and are unable to take time off in the middle of the day for a delivery. I called and told them we would not be able to accept the delivery before 3pm, and to please schedule us for after 3. I was told that the day before delivery, I would recieve a call verifying my delivery window. this never occured. the morning of the delivery at 8am, I get a text saying my delivery window is between 10-1. I called customer service saying no one would be home, and they told me there was nothing they could do. we of course missed the delivery. the following week, I called RXO customer service four times, pleading with everyone to schedule my delivery the following week after 3pm. each time I was told "we will send an email to your local facility". sure enough, two days before delivery, I get another text saying our delivery window is between 10-1. I don't understand how this is so dofficult for them to coordinate. extremely disorganized, and have delayed us recieving our product for multiple weeks. this is the worst delivery company, period. please avoid ordering from companies that contract with them. read more

If I could put 0 stars this horrible shipping company would get it. I ordered a washer and dryer set from the Samsung website and they let us pick a delivery date of November 25th. RXO decided to delay that till November 29th which was fine. On the 29th they gave us an 8:30am-12:30pm window. I work 12 hour overnights and I stayed up all day today waiting for my delivery only for RXO to say they showed up called and nobody was home even though I was sitting right by my front window.
