Was excited to see they were open on a Sunday, which isn't terribly common with UPS stores near us. Nory was very kind when she helped me, and truly went above and beyond. She was warm and friendly, another thing not super common with costumer service in many places these days. Awful customer 1:35 we'd 10/22 only one in the store women sends me to the kiosk to check to check my own pkgs in she started out helping me but as soon as a customer came in she left me to finish it all. Very Poor Customer Service. The employees are always unfriendly, do not smile, and seem to be annoyed at having to assist customers. I'm also surprised that they often have negative comments about Amazon. Considering that they partner with Amazon for delivers, etc. I find that unprofessional. The worst was recently when I had an employee actually refuse to accept an item for return to Amazon because she claimed it wasn't packed enough, and tried to sell me additional packaging for it. I went to this UPS for a document to be notarized. There was no one in the store but me, and I had been waiting a while for the person to notarize it document. She was on an important phone call, but took the time and processed my notarization plus faxed it to the company I needed it to be faxed. I believe her name is Brittany and she is a wonderful person. I asked if this store was under new management and she stated yes. I said it shows. So, I had wanted to write a great review of this UPS and I am so grateful it is close to my home. read more

Let me tell you something about this girl that works at UPS named Brittany. I walked in that place 10 minutes before they close with like 10 bags of crap that had to be returned. This woman, bless her heart stay for two hours after closing time when she was supposed to be with her family just so that she can make sure I got all these return that I need to get returned. She was very, very patient with me, she never got an attitude with me, she never tried to rush me, she was so sweet and respectful, and went above and beyond her duty as an employee to help me yesterday, and I've got to say, I want to send her flowers because she was just outstanding. Britney, if you are reading this, I want you to know I appreciate you so much for all of your help yesterday and all of your patience. UPS is very very lucky to have you. You are definitely a asset to the company. And if you ever need a job look me up and I'll hire you because you are wonderful. I literally left in tears because I felt so bad that this woman stayed two extra hours just to help me return a bunch of crap from Temu, and Amazon. It was such a slow process for her to endure and all she did was smile at me the whole time, I can't believe the patience that this woman had having to go through so many different orders, printing out the labels, and wrapping the packages one by one. I definitely recommend this store to anybody who wants great customer service. Brittany, is someone I will never forget because I've never been treated so nicely by an employee especially after she willingly stayed two extra hours just to help me after closing time. She could've been nasty to me about it and told me to leave and come back the next day but she did not do that. I have always had amazon customer service. The employees are polite, courteous, helpful and patient. They're highly efficient, too.

Every time I come here there is an issue. Yesterday I came with two packages: one that was UPS and the other that I thought was UPS, but misread. He was rude and immediately said "yeah not taking that" with an attitude and no clarification why. After I further inquired he said it wasn't UPS to which I apologized and said I must have misread. He continued to be condescending and keep pointing to read the label. Today I came back five minutes prior to closing (came right from work) with a package already labeled and simply needing to be dropped off. I found they had closed early. Not sure what all the fuss is about this store. I saw the reviews and felt compelled to comment (this being the first review I ever did for a store in general). This UPS store is so friendly! In fact I actually stopped using the one by my work because I enjoy the friendly interaction here. There is sometimes a dog (super cutie) named Ruby (I think) who is behind the counter and so very sweet and friendly - interacting with her makes the wait go by fast if there is a line. I have never been treated with anything other than friendliness and respect. I come often with Amazon returns and the like. Perhaps others give negative energy and get that back? Every time I need to send packages I come here. Very friendly staff person. Prints labels for me whenever needed. Let's me use tape, sharpies, etc. Convenient location too. All packages I send are received on time without any damage. read more

Horrible location. Staff "has to inspect" every box. Other locations I come in with my company relabeled box tell them I don't need a receipt and that's it. NOT HERE! They flip the box over and look at every corner. I will be driving to another location. Also not friendly at all. read more

Probably the worst customer service I've experienced in a while. I went in there to drop off a Verizon return and the person didn't acknowledge me one bit and just mumbled some gibberish then took the box, weighed it, scanned it and pretty much threw the receipt label at me. I attempted to utilize the service at this Quakertown, PA business on or before 2015. I spoke to the tall gentleman (possibly the owner or manager) about shipping a small item with a billable stamp label provided by the recipient company. I requested a UPS mailing box so the item could be shipped. The gentleman stated he didn't have any UPS boxes. I asked for a UPS mailing bag. He stated there weren't any bags available. He said that he could sell me a box for the shipment. I said, "This is a UPS store. Why don't you have any UPS boxes or bags?" The tall gentleman said, "We aren't affiliated with UPS." I said, "The sign on the front of your office says UPS Store." He repeated, "We aren't affiliated with UPS." I picked up my small item and billable stamp label. I never went back. I went to another UPS store in another town and told the clerk of my experience. That person stated that the Quakertown, PA UPS Store always has boxes and bags like every other UPS Store. The clerk said the man at the Quakertown UPS Store wanted to sell me a box so he could make more money. That is the first, only, and last time I ever set foot in the Quakertown PA UPS Store. I would have posted a review before now, but never knew this site was available to do so. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The guy behind the counter was a condescending a$$. I asked if printed out stuff on legal size paper and he responded "yeah" in a tone in which I should have known. He preceded to ask me what I was printing. I responded they were forms I needed to sign for a house I was buying. He then made this noise like horses do when they are disgruntled. And asked how many pages. I responded 5 and he said ok that's fine because mostly when people buy a house it's like 50 pages. He then told me how much it was going to cost me. A flat $1.99 to open the email the 15 cents per page. The way he said it to me was like he was talking down to me and I couldn't afford it. Just because I'm buying a house doesn't mean I can't afford your prices to print legal size paper, rude. I then sent him the email with the attachment of said paperwork, in the midst of all this my fiancé told me that he was not sure if thy were alllll legal or some letter size. I asked the woman to tell the, I would say gentleman but he was far from it, guy i was unsure about the size. He barked well I could check but I didn't get the email yet. I went back and tried emailing it again. I waited a few minutes and I asked again. "Nope" was all he said, so I walked out, went to staples, and had no problems. Clearly not only is the customer service broken I this place, but also the internet connection. Avoid this place at all cost. The absolute worst place ever to ship a package, privately owned franchise store. UPS is a good shipping company but this guys business practices are unheard of. Pompous Cocky know it all . Several visits but the last one took the cake. He refuses to ship my Christmas present to my Aunt because of the type of box the sweater was in. Tried to sell me his box for a gazillion $$$ . I drove a mile up the rode to Staples who also ships UPS daily. My Aunt got her gift the next day in pristine condition. Avoid this location, Rude arrogant Big Guy you cant miss him. read more
