Be it Amazon returns or to return textbook rentals for different people in my household. My most recent encounter was to do a few Amazon returns the day after Christmas, apparently, the same as everybody else in the area. The four people in the store were all over the place but overall, they handled the never-ending rush as well as can be expected. Two of our returns were able to be done via the self-serve kiosk and one (the largest in terms of size) has to go up to the counter. Either way, very fast and everything worked as advertised. This store is not the closest to the home office in terms of distance and the parking in the strip mall lot can at times be diabolical, but I've never had an issue with things not being done and processed here as quick as possible.

I came with a package and a handwritten address / sender so I transfer it on a label. He said don't worry about a label, I'll do it. He took both package & paper and gave me a receipt. Do you know what he did? He tore the piece of paper (notebook lines) in 1/2 for the Sender and receiver. That package was for a client. I was so embarrassed. I haven't heard from this client since. Then HE sent one of my packages to the wrong address. He should go or be let go of. I make sure to use the older women with the glasses & a new gentlemen with outstanding customer service.

It's now 1:30pm with no call back and they still don't answer the phone. I wasted so much time coming out here to Allentown than $50 going to get breakfast down the street from them waiting for a call back. I particularly like Anthony, but all of their workers are friendly there. Rarely do I wait in line. They package everything for me (for a fee) and ship it out. Often the packages arrive before it says on my app- which is awesome. I have been more than pleased.
