Not a good experience the manager who is in the morning had such a bad attitude and shouldn't be working in customer service.

I went to print and making photocopies through my email address. Classical and Nora, made the experience fast, easy and accurate. With no time I walk away with a smile on my face. They even provide me with a UPS information on donating for children who are in need of school supplies. In short, they are model of customer service in UPS store. Today was my first time ever in a UPS store..... Ive never really had a reason to ship anything before in my life so this was a new experience for myself. I decided to come to the UPS store because UPS is an excellent reputable company to ship your goods and was hoping to have a good and smooth shipping experience. As soon as i walked in, i was greater by a rep Named Victoria. Right off the bat, she approached me in a very professional manner and asked for my needs. I let her know how it was my first time shipping and didnt know how things work. She helped me with my decent sized packaged and looked it over. She went straight to business and started to set me up. She also explained rates and offered other shipping options on how quick i needed the package to its destination. lucky i had time, so i went with the basic shipping. She finished up and i was done in little to no time! Victoria did an excellent job and also explained other services they offer like a notary service, which is good to know for future needs! I had a really good experience with UPS and the UPS store and will do business with you guys. Victoria, is an excellent example on what excellent employee, customer service, and an amazing representation of the company UPS. She seemed very knowledgeable on what she was doing and it just made me feel really comfortable. My recent visit today on 8/23/18. I called prior to coming into the UPS Rialto store location and spoke to a gal named Britney . I had advised her of their operation hours that they are open until 7pm. I was on my way home from Costa Mesa and wanted to make sure that I would be able to make it in to get the items shipped today . I asked her about the pricing on box due to size & prize she was able to confirm everything for me so there was no Surprises, we all don't like surprises when it comes to pricing right =) Everything was clear which I was so happy to know ! When I finally got to the location I was warmly greeted by 2 wonderful employees. The one that assisted me was Rosalie . She was absolutely kind , went above & beyond processed my transaction and provided the confirmation # . I was in /out in less than 5-10mins . Fast & friendly service . I have been to this location many times and the staff are always attractive & have terrific customer service . Previous, to coming hear I used to go to Rialto Printing but have shift to another direction because their hours posted doesn't match what's indicated on Yelp. The staff are always running late or coming back from lunch or they close early etc . Plus their prices has changed dramatically over the years so these days I only go to the UPS in south rialto . The service was fast, precise, and all done with an excellent smile. This store is also conveniently located so it made my trip so pleasant. I was scrambling to find a place to get my Live scan done and I was juggling my options between a cheap rolling fee at some shady business in San Bernardino or coming to my local UPS store. I went with my gut instinct and came to this UPS store and I'm glad I did. The rolling fee was alittle more expensive but the facility was nice, clean, I was greeted as I walked in. Brittany A was super helpful and very thorough , she even rechecked the prints before sending them. I was in and out within 10 minutes and had all of my questions answered. Will be coming back in a couple of weeks when I have to do my second round of live scans. 10/10 would recommend read more

Today I had 36 documents to mail, so I arrived very stressed. Thankfully, Eduardo facilitated the process and did it quickly! I was not in the store for longer than 10 minutes. I went to ups yesterday to get finger prints done and as soon as I walked into the door I was greeted by the employees. Jesse helped me out to get my finger prints done and he was super helpful with answering questions. While I was getting my finger prints done i was asking Clarissa questions about shipping They both did amazing at answering any questions I had. Came here to pick up a package I had delivered here while I was on vacation. The service here was GREAT!!! Brittany helped with my package informed me of the other services (print and shred) available to me. She wasn't pushy or aggressive. Her friendly attitude made me more open to question what else they could to for me. When I get a UPS delivery from now on I'm sending it here rather than leaving it on my porch...free game for who ever walks by.
