i came into this ups store today to do a amazon return and hoping to do a walk in notary. i was welcomed in and was able to get everything done within 15 minutes. the service was great and i am so glad this store is now open on sunday which one of the workers told me!!! i believe mylah did my notary for me she was very nice and i hope she helps me again next time. i was also amazed that the ups store did so many things other than shipping. i will definitely be coming back and making this my go to ups store. read more

We had a family emergency while on vacation and needed a package rushed to Hawaii ASAP on a Friday hoping to get our package by Monday. Unfortunately, my Mom who was graciously able to help get the package to this UPS shop in time, had the wrong hotel address. I ended up having to call the store and try to get an address change but their system was down at the time. It really felt like everything that could go wrong was going wrong! I am so thankful for both Mylah and Karina who were stuck dealing with me! They were both so helpful. They were able to locate my package at their store, re-package it for me in a more secure box, and get the address adjusted! These ladies saved me in a huge way!! I called in advance for a live scan and was told I could walk in for a live scan, no appt needed. I arrived about 20 minutes later for a live scan and was told they cannot do it because there is not enough coverage! Not only did they waste my time, they wasted my resources (fuel to dive there). I came to return " happy returns " supposedly I should not packed the items but the lady manager made me packed both items . Another issue is she didn't give me a receipt for the larger package and told me she couldn't do it coz she said she scanned it twice. Now , the smaller package I already received the refund but for the bigger package, the company said they are still waiting for it to be drop off . It's not right that she made me pack those items in the first place but to not give me a receipt purposely and lose those items is not acceptable. read more

I went in try and return something. One of their associates advised me that I need to buy some tape because the tape I put on the box it wasn't sufficient. She told me they'll sell it to me for five dollars just to tape up a box of box probably just one strip of tape, but I guess I will never go to the store again that customer service. Don't know how to treat a customer wouldn't recommend it to anybody who individual doesn't know how to do her job. read more

I had some packages to return. I'm an avid online shopper and sometimes things just are the wrong size, are broken, or don't meet the quality standard. So, I stopped by this UPS store to return a couple packages. I totally spaced out and didn't think about UPS being closed on Sunday's! Oops. My bad. No worries though. I came back the next day- Monday to ship my returns. They have all the things to box, tape and send off your stuff. I don't have a printer at home and needed to print off the shipping labels. You can login to the compute and pay a small fee to use it for 5 minutes. Then it is 50 cents per each shipping label you need to print. I think total, I ended up paying $20 to get my returns boxed, taped and labeled correctly for shipment. Not bad at all. read more

I said I needed to print one sheet of paper and clerk asked if it was a shipping label I said yes. She proceeded to print it out and with Godspeed stuck it on my box and charged me $4.50. (The total for print and pack service) I just wanted to pay the $50 cents to print a sheet out as I had brought an entire roll of tape inside to do it myself and save me a few bucks. Lol I guess next time I (and you too) need to emphasize that I don't want them to stick it on the box. read more

Just a heads up. I was in there yesterday to ship a box, not a large one and the prices were quite expensive. I needed my small box there by Thursday. She gave me some quotes but I took my box to another UPS store. The price to ship was less than half of what I was quoted here in the Fontana store. I called a few UPS today who basically said they were to busy to help me. I was greeted promptly walking in the door by Benika. I explained what I needed and she sure we do that. I wasn't expecting the store to be SO busy at 1:30 in the afternoon, but I waited patiently and observed. I noticed a notary service done expeditiously. I also saw a woman hold up the line waiting for a fax to come through while everyone in the line commented she should step aside to wait; that never happened the entire time I was in the store! Only one young woman was helping most of the line. Once I got up to the young woman, I handed her my Amazon return slip and small table runner. She told me I needed something to put it in. I told her it came in a large box with other items. And that the Amazon instructions said to bring it to the UPS store with label, no box needed. To which she snapped back that I didn't fully read the instructions and she could charge me $2 for a plastic bag to put it in. I politely questioned her about charging for a free return that Amazon's instructions clearly said to just bring the label and the item. She snapped back at me. I kept my cool but left the store VERY unhappy!! read more
