The location is directly on 441 with parking behind the building. It can take a minute to figure out which building and entrance is FedEx from the back, since there is no front parking. But parking is never an issue, so you can find a space quickly. When I go to FedEx, I am helped right away, as they have staff who know what they're doing and get me out fast and easy--even if there's a queue, they have a great operation. I usually only need to ship things out from this FedEx, but the experience is always stress-free.

The day of the appointment, 2 hours before, they called me to cancel after my wife and I already took time off work. I had to wait a month to schedule another appointment. Today was the day of my second appointment. Again they called less than 2 hours before and cancelled after we had already taken time off work. Other times I've had to use this post office the workers are the usual rude, ignorant, angry for no reason type of people that the post office loves to hire.

I was filling out the form with my children's SS #, the last thing to complete because that is a number you do not want floating around Incase I lost the paper. Simply put, do not go here. The workers are rude, lazy & jaded. Visit the Wellington location, 100% better. I hope they close this location soon.
