I like not having to prepare a shipping label. We make repeated shipments to our children and grandchildren and their addresses are in their files so all I have to do is tell the name of the recipient and what is in the package and I'm done. read more

I have used this company for many years to ship Amazon and other packages. It is quick and the employees have always been friendly to me. They always seem to have plenty of people working and know when to expect heavier walk in traffic, so even when the line looks long, it moves pretty quick. I have never seen the store look anything but impeccable, even when people are treading in snow from winter. read more

I came to this location to return an Amazon package. Amazon had told me to take the item, whether it is packaged or not. I have always done this in the past, whether it's Fedex, UPS, or Whole Foods location. In addition, I brought the instructions. I was told that I would need to purchase a box for $6 to guarantee it arrives undamaged. The lady told me that Amazon told me wrong. The lady even tried to find it on my instructions, to which she could not find. Oddly, they also found it important to tell me this is NOT a "UPS", it's the "UPS Store". I don't understand the importance of that statement since she was claiming I had to pay because it's "in my instructions". I called Amazon, and they told me I shouldn't have to pay for the box, and if I did, Amazon would reimburse. I could be wrong, but it looks like this shop is locally owned and know that Amazon will reimburse or customers will pay. Seems they force their customers to buy boxes hoping the customer will be ignorant to what should actually happen. read more

Excellent customer service with questions about insurance to ensure you're prepared. I bring my boxes packed but they do have shipping supplies for purchase. And shockingly they have a one day delivery time within lower Michigan and Indiana. Person working told me it may be delayed due to holidays but all three of my packages were delivered in one day (within Michigan) and just two days to Virginia. I stopped by to drop off my package. Went in first to ask questions first since I had 5 heavy boxes to return. After waiting in line I discussed my return label with the person at the counter then told her I was going to go out and get my packages. They were so heavy I had to use a dolly to carry them in. Upon getting to the door with 2 of my 5 packages the door was locked. A guy let me in and I walked to counter with my boxes. My friend went back to get the other three and the lady told me my label was only for one box. I showed her the label before I brought the boxes in and she never said that. That's why I went in earlier to show her the label. So I tell her I'll grab the main box from the car and just mail back that one. She then proceeds to tell me sorry they are closed. I just carried all these heavy boxes in. And I entered before closing. Her and I assume to be her boss then argue with me telling me to leave and refusing me service. It was worst experience of customer service I've ever had. I've been to this store many times and it's been nothing but friendly. Very disappointing. read more

This UPS Store is great! It is conveniently located and parking is easy. The staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient. They also have a nice variety of shipping supplies to purchase on sight if you need them. I have sent many packages from this UPS Store and all of them have arrived on time and in fine shape!
