About two weeks later I needed to have receipts for the washer and dryer separately, the GM said he couldn't do that, and his first attempt to help at all was scheduling somebody to come pick up the units. To me that's terrible management. From there I called the customer service and the regional manager called me back and told me the same thing. The GM and regional manager couldn't print off two receipts. They'd rather lose business.

People standing and waiting for someone to come up. Nice staff here, just need to pay more attention to front desk and front door. The bathroom is clean.

They took a traumatic and tragic time for our family and brought us such peace and comfort through their loving attention to detail and responsiveness through the whole process. My father-in-law loved rockets and space travel and when we pulled up to the cemetery we realized Ben had been playing "Rocket Man" on the drive there with the casket. That's just one example of the effort they took to make our final goodbyes so personal and beautiful.
