I sent an inquiry on Yelp and received a response, immediately. From the first phone call, Ayom was patient and, although, we already had a draft, it required a lot of edits and back and forth design input from him. We did not pay for design services but, Ayom caught typos, and made several suggestions to make the finished product better. He was very encouraging, collaborative and patient and he probably could have charged me more for the value that he provided. As if that was not enough, on the day of the service, we ran out of programs and I texted to see if I could order more copies and get them in 2 hours.....Ayom came through and offered to deliver them to the church or hotel. The product and service far exceeded everyone's expectations. The program is the star of the show at funerals and I needed the family to be happy with it. My friend could not stop thanking me for choosing the right printer who realized their vision of how to memorialize their mother. I used Printmeisters to create a large amount of material for our client's training class. We…read moreprinted a huge amount of material (over 3,000 pages) and it was very complex printing. We needed only certain pages printed from a large document and only needed a few random pages in color, and everything placed in binders. They made sure they had a full understanding of the job before starting, and did it perfectly and in a short time frame. They gave advice on how to keep the cost down and were very friendly and helpful. And their price was less than half of Kinko's! They are working on upgrading their technology, which was a minor challenge. They couldn't take a thumb drive so I had to go home and e-mail the document to them. The only other problem was their office smelled like smoke, and so did my coat when I went back to the office. But I definitely recommend this place for their helpfulness, quality of work, and great price.
