Even when there's a line (rarely), it goes very quickly, they have all registers working. Nice folks, very efficient, very pleasant. A great UPS Store, so glad it's near my home!! They have parking right in front, including a spot for those with a disabled permit. read more

I use this UPS location frequently. They are professional, helpful and kind. Fully staffed. Lines may get long at certain times but that's because it's the only location in south St Pete. I am a big fan and frequent customer to this location. It is always busy yet fully staffed so never a long wait. Staff is friendly and helpful. We thought we were victims of a porch pirate and the staff was helpful to submit a claim- good news - the package was found by a neighbor so we went back to this UPS location with the good news. They updated the delivery information as a success. Helpful team, clean location and everyone here seems to be a hard worker. And if you need a funny greeting card, this location has them. Oh my goodness! I usually go to The UPS Store in downtown St Pete but I happen to be in the area so I dropped off an Amazon return at this store. There was a line almost to the door but the staff was as quick as they could be and periodically apologized and told everyone they would be right with them, which I appreciated. When it was my turn, the return was quick and efficient. I got my drop off package receipt and walked out the door in less than a minute. That's where the good steak ended. At the downtown store, I return my Amazon item and within HOURS, I have my refund. I returned my item on Nov 29 and I just had to call Amazon AGAIN to find out where my refund was. I'm not getting my refund until Dec 13th! I called the store over a week ago, and was told they put my item within a bigger package, so my tracking number is useless. I'm waiting for my refund to order the correct item and now, because I made the mistake of returning it to this store, everything is delayed. The staff is very pleasant but I won't be returning to this store, at least for Amazon returns. read more

Staff was friendly and prompt in greeting me, to the point where I barely walked in and three people yelled out. I get it, it's nice to be greeted, not scared lol.. I'm pretty familiar with the UPS website and shipping options, which is why I opted to go to there to ship time sensitive personal documents. I was not provided with shipping time frames, I asked, because I did my research beforehand and already knew what shipping option I wanted. However, I found it pretty invasive that the staff asked me about 3-4 times WHAT I was shipping. It's documents. You don't need to know what they pertain to, that is personal, and not part of the scope of the job of quoting transit times with their respective costs. The "reason" to know was in case it was "a payment or currency". For the fourth time I had to answer that it was documents; the content of the documents is irrelevant to the shipment. Now if you're offering insurance, that's something different and they should've just offered, without insisting on knowing what I'm shipping. UPS role is to get something from point A to point B, not be concerned about what's inside, when it is an envelope to be shipped in a timely manner. Answering "documents" should have sufficed instead of having to answer it 3-4 times for good measure. The gentleman who was helping me might have been new? He was very polite but seemed thrown off when I asked for 2DA right off the bat. Isn't that part of the role, to know shipping/transit times and not be bothered with the contents of a shipment envelope is? Service was great, but I left there feeling like some information I was asked was just not relevant and necessary to shipping personal documents. read more

ZERO if I could. I paid $28 to ship a box from FL to AZ. I don't have a home printer, so I took the tracking # and a photo of the label to store #0107 at 4905 34th St S in St Petersburg. They wanted to charge me $2 to print the label. Even when I have the label printed & attached to the box, they usually print another label to put on the box. VERY disappointed in the LACK of customer service. read more

I go to Book Conferences several times a year and always end up sending books home. This UPS store came to the hotel where we held the conference, stayed open Saturday and Sunday and could not have been more helpful. Books were carefully wrapped in plastic, well packaged and arrived at my home within a week. Better service, and wrapping than I have ever experienced. Wish I could move them to my home town. Ive been going there for years, and have a mailbox there. I needed to mail a package, I arrived just as they were closing, the employee wanted to leave and I was told to bring my package back on Saturday. Ill be canceling my mailbox when it is time to renew. I would love to support small businesses, but sometimes the employees are just lazy, this would of taken 5 minutes. read more

Very professional staff. They greet each person who comes through the door. I needed to notarize some documents and they were able to do it within five minutes. I suppose it was screaming in there during the holidays but with their pleasant attitude, I'm sure it wasn't as hectic as the post office. read more

WARNING: Do not use the UPS Store for standard printing services. I needed two copies of a file printed on card stock...just two...and was charged $16.05! My jaw dropped. The store used to have standard copier/printers which worked fine, but they did away with them and replaced them with a mega commercial printer. Because they used this commercial printer for my two copies, the cost is $5.00 per page, and get this...there's a surcharge of $5.00 for having to use a pull up the file on my flash drive. Why in this universe the sales clerk would think that $16.05 would be acceptable is beyond me. Had he warned me beforehand that the type of printing I needed they really don't do anymore, and that for such a small order it would be very way costly, I would have appreciated it. But with no warning and waiting for nearly 15 minutes because the mega machine needed to warm up is ludicrous! This is why sometimes you just can't support your neighborhood stores. It's beyond belief what they do to customers and think is sane. read more
